Hi sir, My son got 1946 rank in COMEDK, 2496 in Telangana eamcet 520 in Amrita entrance, 1410 in vit entrance 21k in nee mains . We belong to Andhra Pradesh general category. Pls suggest the best college for my son.

Ans: Congrats to your Son for Scoring very good Ranks in COMEDK, EAMCET & 1410. 1st BEST solution for your Son: Please go for admission through COMEDK as he can easily get top-ranked colleges in Bengaluru such as RV, BMS, MS Ramaiah, for any branch he is interested in. Have AP Private Colleges as your 2nd option. IGNORE VIT as far as your Son’s achievements are concerned in all 3-Entrance Exams, though VIT also is good.

Whatever Institute / University & Branch your Son chooses, he should keep upgrading his skills from his 1st year itself till his Campus Placement during his last year, from NPTEL, Internshala etc. and / or any other online platforms, recommended by his College Faculties, to be COMPETENT among other Students.

Hi Sir, My son got 1490 rank in COMEDK, 2045 in KCET, 2165 in Manipal entrance, 254 marks BITSAT, 44K in JEE mains. Home state is Karnataka General category. Pls suggest the best college for my son.

Ans: Compared to COMEDK, competition for getting admission through KCET is more for top colleges in Bengaluru. Prefer COMEDK Admission for RVCE, BMS, MS Ramaiah, BIT etc. (more options for 1490 Rank). But the only difference between COMEDK & KCET admission is, fees will be more through COMEDK, compared to KCET which you please keep in mind. All The BEST for your Son’s Bright Future.

Hello sir, I have scored 92%ile in JEE mains 9000 rank in Comedk I am more interested in ECE as compared to CSE, Curently I have 2 options MUJ CSE and Bangalore institute, RVITM, Bmsit and hopefully dayanand sagar ECE ( The cutoff went 8700 last year). Which one would you reccomend Sir?

Ans: As you are a fresher you can wait for 1 year to get a better college. If you are capable of getting IIM Amritsar in the 1st year you can get a better college next year if you can improve your CAT performance.
