Hi I did B.Com in 2012 and then completed MBA (specialisation in Finance) in 2014. Thereafter I joined Genpact as Process Associate and was part of it till 2022. Then, I switched to HCL and still continuing in it as Process Developer and my CTC is aroind 4.5L. I need your esteem advise to enhance my capabilities and sharpen my skills to grow further in this field, ultimately, getting better CTC. Please guide me. Thanks

Ans: Hi,
Since you are in process development, I'm not very sure whether you do the process mapping or even the coding. In case you are doing only process mapping then MBA is the right degree, but in case you are into development then you need to do further courses in latest technologies.

Presently he is doing BCA from with HCL Partner Team, may be HCL to be stop his BCA with his Partner. Now you are requested please advice best option for his Future.
Ans: I understand that your son has had an interesting journey so far, and it’s essential to consider the best options for his future. Given his background and current pursuit of a BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) degree, here are some career paths he can explore:

Master of Business Administration (MBA):
Pursuing an MBA is a popular choice after BCA. It covers various aspects of management, organization, human resources, finance, and other critical business areas. An MBA can open doors to leadership roles and enhance his business acumen1.
Technical Analyst:
As a technical analyst, he can analyze technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. This role doesn’t necessarily require extensive coding skills but demands a strong understanding of technology and problem-solving abilities.
Data Scientist:
Data science is a rapidly growing field. If he enjoys working with data, statistical analysis, and machine learning, becoming a data scientist could be a rewarding path. Data scientists extract insights from data to drive business decisions.
Web Developer:
Web development involves creating and maintaining websites. While coding skills are beneficial, there are tools and platforms that simplify web development. He can specialize in front-end (user interface) or back-end (server-side) development.
Digital Marketer:
Digital marketing focuses on promoting products or services through online channels. It includes social media marketing, content creation, SEO, and analytics. Coding is not a prerequisite for digital marketing.
Software Developer Trainee:
If he wants to continue in software development, he can explore entry-level roles as a software developer trainee. These positions often involve learning on the job and gradually gaining expertise.
Cyber Security Expert:
Cybersecurity is critical in today’s digital landscape. Cybersecurity experts protect systems, networks, and data from threats. While some roles may require coding, others focus on policy, risk assessment, and security protocols.
Blockchain Developer:
Blockchain technology is gaining prominence. Developers in this field work on creating decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts. While coding is involved, it’s a specialized skill.
Banking Sector:
The banking and financial industry offers various roles related to technology, operations, and customer service. He can explore positions in banking operations, customer relationship management, or IT support.
E-commerce Executive:
E-commerce companies require professionals to manage their online platforms, product listings, and customer interactions. This role involves understanding e-commerce tools and platforms.
Educator:
If he enjoys teaching, he can explore opportunities in education. Becoming a computer science teacher or trainer allows him to share his knowledge with others.
Remember that each career path has its own requirements and growth prospects. Encourage your son to explore his interests, gain practical experience through internships, and stay updated with industry trends. His passion and dedication will play a significant role in shaping his successful future!

Career
Hello Sir! I have total versatile experience of 21 years in Back Office Operations (5 years), Procurement Manager (5 years), Program Manager of Content Development Team (4 years), Marketing – Onboarding companies for placing our students for a 3-year internship (Earn and Learn) (2 years) PA to JMD along with Recruitment Officer (at present) in one company only, working from 2003. However, when I received the role of Recruitment (from April 2021), I found it interesting and quite challenging and to discover new networks and studying the vast topic of HR. After 2 years of recruitment (self-learned the process), I enrolled in two certification programs viz. HR Analytics (from CHRMP) and HR Generalist (Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Strategic Human Resource Management) – (from Protouch with SHRM and HRCI Certification). I am trying internally for a shift in my present company however, I can’t proceed here. Simultaneously, I am looking for Talent Acquisition or Recruiter positions outside my office and applying the same but could not succeed. I feel and think, that companies might be thinking why she is shifting now and secondly, my overall experience is good, but core TA experience is 4+ years. Present CTC is Rs.14 Lakhs and I am looking for a CTC of Rs. 19 Lakhs. I request you to please guide me how I should proceed further – should I stay in my company or look outside. If looking outside for the opportunities, then what measures I should take for receiving a good job offer and salary package. Thanking you Regards, Madhuri Shinde
Ans: Hi Madhuri,
You have impressive experience and a great mindset of constant learning. My suggestion would be to continue looking for relevant roles inside your current company, where you have greater chances of success. There's no harm at all in trying outside. I would suggest reaching out to relevant folks within your company and even outside using platforms like LinkedIn. Your expectations are realistic, and you should soon land a role and the package that you're aiming for. All the best!

Hello sir ,I am getting vit bhopal cse AIML in cat 1 and IILM cse AIML integrated with IBM or LPU AIML what should I choose
Ans: Choosing between VIT Bhopal CSE AIML (Category 1), IILM CSE AIML with IBM, and LPU AIML hinges on balancing academic rigor, industry partnerships, and placement reliability. VIT Bhopal offers 90% placements for CSE AIML, supported by a robust curriculum aligned with AI/ML trends and access to 850+ recruiters like Microsoft, Amazon, and Cisco, ensuring consistent opportunities in core tech roles. Its Category 1 admission guarantees priority in placements and internships. IILM’s IBM-integrated program provides IBM-certified training, specialized projects, and 85–95% placements with firms like Deloitte and KPMG, but its higher fees (~?9.36L) and newer AI/ML ecosystem may limit niche role access compared to VIT. LPU AIML reports 70–80% placements with IT-sector recruitment (TCS, Infosys) but lacks focused AI/ML training and corporate engagement depth. While IILM’s IBM collaboration enhances skill relevance, VIT Bhopal’s established infrastructure, lower fees (~?7.92L), and higher placement traction make it preferable for students prioritizing industry-ready training and diverse tech opportunities. Opt for IILM only if IBM certifications and interdisciplinary projects are critical, and consider LPU as a budget-friendly alternative with moderate outcomes. All the BEST for your Admission & a Prosperous Future!

Sir, VIT chennai cse and amrita coimbatore cse, which is best for placements
Ans: Choosing between VIT Chennai CSE and Amrita Coimbatore CSE depends on balancing scale, recruiter diversity, and placement consistency. VIT Chennai reports 3,160+ annual offers with top recruiters like Microsoft, Amazon, and Cisco, leveraging its extensive corporate network across campuses. However, its high student intake (~25,000) results in a lower median package (~6 LPA) for CSE, with only ~1% securing roles above 20 LPA, reflecting intense competition. While VIT’s highest packages (up to ?1 crore) and metro location enhance exposure, placements skew toward mass recruitment by firms like TCS and Infosys (~70% of offers).

Amrita Coimbatore, with a smaller cohort, achieves 90–95% placement rates for CSE, supported by a proactive placement cell and strong industry ties (TCS, Cognizant, Amazon). Its median package (~7.75 LPA) and consistent recruitment across core and IT sectors ensure broader student inclusivity, though highest packages (~?56.95 LPA) are rarer.

Recommendation: Prioritize Amrita Coimbatore for reliable placements and balanced opportunities, especially if seeking a supportive ecosystem with fewer disparities. Opt for VIT Chennai only if targeting niche high-paying roles (via exceptional academic performance) or valuing metro-based internships, despite higher competition and variable outcomes. All the BEST for your Admission & a Prosperous Future!
