My daughter is studying BS honors chemistry (research) at Hyderabad Central University campus. What would be best for her future career, Mtech or Msc. Please give in detail.

Ans: If she's interested in pursuing a Ph.D., both degrees can be a stepping stone, but M.Sc. might provide a stronger foundation for research-focused studies.

M.Tech is more application-oriented and involves advanced engineering and technology aspects of chemistry. It's ideal for those interested in industrial applications, research and development, and technical roles.

M.Sc. is more research-oriented and involves a deeper understanding of theoretical and experimental aspects of chemistry. It's suitable for those interested in academic research, scientific analysis, and laboratory work.
