My daughter is in her final year of B.Tech. in Computer Science. On long run she is keen to pursue her higher studies from a reputed institution in USA. She presently is in confusion whether it is better to first join a job and gain some experience before applying for higher education, or she should go for higher studies immediately after completing her B.Tech. Secondly, she need some guidance on names of some good institutions where getting admission with a good scholarship is relatively easier for Indian students. Please advise.

Ans: Hello,

To begin with, thank you for contacting us. I must remark that the United States is an excellent place to study computer science. The United States, as a technological powerhouse with a range of universities and courses to select from for foreign students, has been an excellent choice for Masters. We at Edwise represent 850+ universities, both public and private. Scholarships are merit-based and vary according to profile and other variables. We would be delighted to assist your daughter in achieving her future objectives. We ask that you contact our counselors or share your contact information so that we can assist her with her questions.
