Sir I completed Civil Engineering from NBA accredited college in 2023 I've been selected in campus drive the company's were local and at that time I was driven to Government Jobs right now I'm preparing for Engineering Government Jobs itself but I'm a bit nervous if I don't get selected in it I would have to switch in Private Sector is there any course that can help me if I don't get a government job?

I completed BE civil engineering after that I started my business in Government and Private sector But after 7 year of business unable to get Successful so i started Exam Study For competitive exam for 4 year but here also i fail exam by 2 to 4 mark what can I do now shall I go to Private Job or continue study Not interested in doing business after seeing lot of failure in business

Ans: It's an old saying learn from others experience that's why you have parent's, teacher's, peers and bosses.

Here is a case of clear no guidance, trial and error.

Now let me assist you in course correction,you are a BE (Civil).. you are not any ordinary graduate..you are a Civil Engineer.

I assume you are in your 30's don't experiment any more focus on your life, you are the master.

Look for a job so many CIVIL ENG Companies are looking for experienced person,like you.
Design a good resume not more than 2 pages go directly to company websites,there go to careers apply.

Sir i am a civil engineer graduate 2023 i did my graduation in civil engineering from a tire 2 -3 college from mumbai university . I didn’t get any job its not like that i am dum student or else i was not good at studies u definitely found partility that in civil they took all diploma + degree holders with less knowledge also in companies such a worley , godrej , technimont etc mnc companies with salary of 6-7 lpa but sir i was scattered because i lost my dad in covid my mom is working but her salary is just 50k and now after trying out for jobs as fresher i found a job in IIT bombay as project technical assistant which gives me 30k but its in ocean department. Now i want to learn further i am seeing people doing masters from priavte university like nicmar adani symbiosis etc in construction or infrastructure management. I am stuck jn life what to do im trying for government but i know government junior engineers job wont pay me much to buy home for my mom . In such case what will be best please help

Ans: I fully empathize with your situation. Do focus on the positive of having completed BTech in Civil Engineering. Civil Engineering is the foundational engineering discipline and lends itself to use of new tools and technologies through use of of software to build structures using design elements that use newer materials to build infrastructure, homes, industrial townships that further sustainability. Use your current Tech Asstt job to learn about Oceanography as an added skills. Look at acquiring project management skills and explore opportunities with optimism and passion.

Ans: Lack of thorough Research about the targeted Govt. Jobs is one of the reasons for most of the Govt. Job Seekers.

As you have done Civil Engineering, try to get an Entry-Level Civil Job, gain experience & if possible, keep upgrading your skills technical & managerial skills in Civil itself. Needs a lot of patience & efforts to get settled.

Or the alternative solution is, continue preparing for Govt. Jobs, but as I mentioned above, thorough Research / a 'Feasibility Study' on targeted Govt. Jobs is more important before start preparing for Govt. Jobs. Doing any (suitable) part-time job in this case will also help you financially & non-financially.

I'm 35 years old, I was employed as a Fire and safety officer in the Civil Defense, Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Bahrain. I completed both police training and fire fighter training and served under the force from 10 years after which I left the service. Is there any way for me to join the Indian army or police force using my previous service experience?

Don't think at 35 there are any full time career opportunities in regular Army/Police.
Territorial Army (TA) could be an option for part time service in Army that does offer position/perks as per regular cadre officers.

The first thing you can do is to register yourself with local AWPO office. Employers do approach them regularly for skilled veterans. Yon can also liaise with their staff (AWPO) with regard to your specific job search.
Also keep looking out in Employment News paper for such notifications.

Similar investment of ipo first ipo got profit of one lacs they have again reinvested the same of 2+1 lacs profit in ipo of 10lacs promise to get 15 lacs but at the time of opening it has reduced to 9.50 lacs agin they invest 3 lacs full allotment one ipo and balance they have part invested 7 lacs of alloted ipo around 22 lacs and requesting me to pay 14 lacs which I said no funds now they are arranging topup of 14 lacs without interest but ipo listing rate 0.000325 asking me to give the confirmation which they will pay my account and in turn i will balance ipo of ken which is listing on 12/02/2025;if I say no it will have big consequences for not taking listed share in my name? What to do? My 9 lacs are blocked?

Same ipo question QUANTAIS is the whatsup group 2 lacs first ipo invested got profit of of 1 lacs again they have lured and investment around 10 lacs ( 3 + 7 lacs) in second ipo and lost money by 50000 but they have again blocked the fund for two ipos one full 4 lacs and balance 7 lacs in ken ipo and insisting to pay 14 lacs you will get 56 lacs which I have refused that don't have funds today they are arranging topup of without interest they will fund my bank and I have forward same to them and they will be charging 0.000325 on ipo listed amount if I don't agree i have to face consequences but they are assuring no loss will be there?

I'm salaried person my question is I have done option trading and when I check my saving account statement for financial year total credit and debit transaction is 14lakhs , all transactions are related to securities only like withdrawal of some amount and adding some amount,i didnt gained anything from trading lost 4lakhs instead , do I need to pay income tax? Ans: as you have made overall loss no need to pay any Capital Gain Tax, but you need to declare this while filling your income tax returns.

I’m going through a divorce, while my wife still stays in the same house. She has been verbally & physically abusive with me, my parents and my 4 yr old daughter. What sort of arrangement is this? If you anyway were planning to divorce and separate, then what is the meaning of living in the same house/
For the sake of the child, kindly, go by the terms of the divorce and live in different homes and agreeing to certain visitation rights to your child from both of you. Don't mess with the emotional environment of a little girl please.

Well, he's doing this for a reason. Maybe his way of showing that you are important to him?
At times, we do not understand the other person's language of love; what we can do is accept them for how and who they are. Yes, you do not appreciate what your husband has done, but can you just think that it was done as an act of love for you? Maybe then, you can see the entire episode as not anything against you BUT actually for you.
