My Son could not complete BTech Computer science, he is attempting to complete backlogs after 4 year time..what is here career options and job prospects if he has another 1 year time to complete backlogs or if he is delayed to get certificate.. He has all the knowledge in coding and other soft skills except for clearing his graduation. Pl suggest

An investment of 30 K with 10% top-up each year will be required to be continued for 10 years minimum to reach a corpus of 1 Cr(12% return considered from pure equity mutual funds).

You may invest in a combination of flexicap mutual fund and a Large and Midcap type mutual fund in proportion of 50:50.

For pension you may invest in NPS with active choice and maximum possible equity allocation. Contributions can continue upto 70 age.

If you are financially sound, then you should prefer IICT Gandhinagar, which provides better career prospects and practical skills relevant to the field of Data Science than VIT Vellore. However, this does not mean that VIT is not a better choice. If VIT is nearer to your home town and easily accessible, then you may opt for it. But if distance, money are not issues., then preferably go with IICT Gandhinagar.
