My Son could not complete BTech Computer science, he is attempting to complete backlogs after 4 year time..what is here career options and job prospects if he has another 1 year time to complete backlogs or if he is delayed to get certificate.. He has all the knowledge in coding and other soft skills except for clearing his graduation. Pl suggest

Ans: Encourage him to focus on studies, seek help from peers, faculty to clear his doubts or and clear his backlog. Since he is good in coding I am assuming he mastered it by putting in more time on coding. It is possible he did not pay enough attention to some subjects. His soft skills will help him get a job easily. Let him work with a single minded focus to clear his backlog. This should be his only focus. The family needs to work to keep him motivated.

Similarly he should look for websites of companies that he wishes to join and make job applications for the Job Opening / Hiring tab. My nephew has completed B. E. Computer science from Bombay university. What are career opportunities for him in the computer fields?

Ans: Stating that this is the best time to be a computer science graduate would be stating the obvious. Your son need to apply for a job openings and pick the job that he gets. This will help him gain valuable experience, exposure to different technologies, work culture before he gets a job of his liking. Do mention when did he complete his BE CS, from which college/university. Which companies visited his institutions and what was his performance in that process.
