I AM 63 YEARS OLD, MY WEIGHT IS 65 KG, I HAVE DIABETES FOR LAST 15 YEARS I HAVE GIVEN UP NON VEG TOTALLY, MY SUGAR LEVEL IS FASTING 110 & 2 HOURS AFTER LUNCH 160 TO 170 , I DO EXERCISE REGULAR (FREEHAND FOR 30 MINUTES, CAN IT BE REVERSED. I AM TAKING TABLETS AMARYL M 1 MG , ONE BEFORE BREAKFAST & ONE BEFORE DINNER I AM STILL IN JOB AND IN IN ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT. CONTINUOUSLY 9 HOUR I AM SITTING AT MY PLACE.
