Apart from Claim settlement ratio, look at other features like coverage throughout India, some have restriction based on where you stay, minimum waiting time for pre existing illnesses, extent of no claim bonus and preventive tests, reinstating full cover despite usage at one instance, etc. This is not to say that Care health insurance is not OK but do your due diligence on above points and seek help from your insurance advisor if needed.
