Hi komalji, I am 50 year old and Ihav what they call Irritiable Bowel Syndrome from 1998. since then i skipped breakfast and wud eat small snack in late afternoon and full meal in nights since eating in the morning or until i am very hungry wud intesity the stomach pain as my intestines were badly swollen for 15 years. From last two years i am having meal in the late afternoon and snacks in the night.but there is no consistency. I prefer to stay on empty stomach although it causes giddiness hunger etc. as eating worsens my condition as i cant digest food at all. i hav serious discomfort/pain/bloatedness after eating. this affects my mind too. My stomach is highly intolerant of many foods (i am vegetarian) including milk, dairy products, protein foods (they cause extreme anger within 20 mins) or vegetables that contain high content minerals. if i take supplements for vitamins or minerals they cause serious side effects including diarrhea, stomach pain, anger etc. but the poor nutritious food is also causing lot of health issues and doctors advise to eat a protein vitamin filled diet which i cant digest. its a catch 22 situation. i hav been to many doctors including homeo ayurveda and been abroad from last 25 years with no results. from last ten years my mind is seriously affected where i rage with anger 24/7 (thats right) for no reason since the deficiencies are causing anger and anxiety too. i am not working from last three years and unable to drive because of anxiety. i cant sleep until early morning and wake up within three to four hours of disturbed sleep from last ten years. my life is ruined becoz of this conditon which many people/doctors dismiss as trivial. friends relatives, siblings dont understand my situation and think i am making this up to compensate my failures in having a good job/income and hav cut off ties with me many years ago. I cud not marry becoz of this condition. gastro enterologists and neurologists hav told me that i will be like this all my life and i know they are right. however, i wud like to know your opinion.
Ans: Stress is a prominent factor in your diagnosis. One of main symptoms of stress is IBS. Follow a low residue and fiber diet. Eat small frequent meals in the day. Have lots of fluids. Have nutrient dense foods in small portions. You must not give in to your negative thoughts. Be positive and work towards improvising your lifestyle.

Hello Sir, I am 42 years old graduate and have around 18 years of work experience in a wide range of IT Companies. I would like to purse my studies in order to boost my career growth. What are your recommendations? Thanks
Ans: Considering your extensive work experience in the IT industry and your desire to pursue further studies to boost your career growth, there are several options you could consider. An executive MBA program is specifically designed for professionals with significant work experience who are looking to enhance their managerial and leadership skills. EMBA programs typically offer flexible schedules, allowing you to continue working while pursuing your studies. This option would provide you with advanced business knowledge and skills, preparing you for higher-level management roles within IT companies or other industries. Pursuing a master's degree in IT can deepen your technical expertise and knowledge in specific areas of information technology. You can also consider specialized master's programs in areas such as cybersecurity, data science, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, or software engineering, depending on your interests and career goals. You can obtain professional certifications in relevant IT domains to demonstrate your expertise and proficiency to employers. Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) can enhance your skills and credibility. If you're interested in pursuing advanced research or academic roles in the IT field, consider pursuing a Ph.D. program. A Ph.D. would allow you to delve deeply into a specific area of IT, contribute to cutting-edge research, and potentially transition into roles such as university professor or research scientist. Explore short-term courses, workshops, or boot camps offered by reputable institutions or online platforms in areas of interest within IT.

Before making a decision, carefully consider your career goals, interests, and personal circumstances. Research the different options available to you, including program requirements, curriculum, faculty expertise, and career outcomes.

I have completed my diploma in mechanical engineering now I am thinking to do btech what do you suggest to do
Ans: Deciding whether to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree after completing your diploma in mechanical engineering depends on several factors, including your career goals, personal circumstances, and aspirations. A B.Tech. degree can significantly enhance your career prospects and open up opportunities for higher-level positions, increased responsibilities, and better salary packages. With a B.Tech. degree, you may have access to a broader range of job roles and industries compared to having just a diploma. B.Tech programs often offer opportunities for specialization in specific areas of mechanical engineering, such as automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, thermal engineering, manufacturing engineering, or robotics. Consider your interests and career goals when choosing a specialization that aligns with your aspirations. In many industries, having a B.Tech. degree is considered a standard qualification for engineering roles, and it may be a requirement for certain positions or career advancements. Holding a B.Tech. degree can enhance your credibility and professional recognition within the field of mechanical engineering. Pursuing a B.Tech. degree provides you with a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of mechanical engineering concepts, principles, and applications compared to a diploma program. You'll have access to advanced coursework, laboratory facilities, and faculty expertise that can enrich your learning experience. Many B.Tech programs offer flexible study options, including part-time, evening, or online classes, which can allow you to continue working while pursuing your degree. Consider the flexibility of different B.Tech. programs and how they align with your current commitments and lifestyle. Evaluate the cost of pursuing a B.Tech. degree, including tuition fees, study materials, and other expenses. Consider whether you have the financial resources to support your education or if you'll need to explore scholarships, financial aid, or student loans to fund your studies.

Ultimately, the decision to pursue a B.Tech. degree after completing your diploma in mechanical engineering depends on your individual goals, interests, and circumstances. Take the time to weigh the pros and cons, explore different B.Tech. programs, and consider how each option aligns with your aspirations for your career in mechanical engineering.

I am graduated in Mechanical Engineering at 2022. From 1.5 years I am experienced in product design role. Currently I am working as a design engineer. Now I want to earn more, I know catia v5, Solidworks &Nx CAD. I am confused about my role. Anyone help me with your experience, is I am continue with this or I will switch my career to Oil and Gas field. If I stay in my current job suggest me, what I want to do for high salary.(Like Any course /Certificate). Or you suggesting me for Oil &Gas. How much salary I can get while switching and after experience in that.
Ans: Deciding whether to continue in your current role as a design engineer or switch to the oil and gas field requires careful consideration of your career goals, interests, and the opportunities available in each industry. Since you're already experienced in product design and proficient in CAD software like CATIA V5, SolidWorks, and NX CAD, consider enhancing your skills further. Look into advanced courses or certifications in areas such as finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), or advanced CAD techniques. These additional skills can make you more valuable in your current role and potentially command a higher salary. Pursuing professional certifications related to product design and engineering, such as Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) or Certified NX Professional, can validate your expertise and increase your marketability. Research industry benchmarks and salary ranges for design engineers in your region and with your level of experience. Use this information to negotiate a higher salary with your current employer or when exploring new job opportunities.

Before making the switch, thoroughly research the oil and gas industry, including job roles, career paths, and salary expectations. Network with professionals already working in the field to gain insights and advice. Evaluate how your skills and experience in product design translate to roles in the oil and gas sector. Consider acquiring additional knowledge or certifications relevant to the industry, such as courses in petroleum engineering, pipeline design, or offshore structures. Salaries in the oil and gas industry can vary depending on factors such as location, job role, experience, and the specific segment of the industry (upstream, midstream, or downstream). Entry-level positions may offer competitive salaries, but experienced professionals with specialized skills and expertise can command higher pay.

Ultimately, the decision to stay in product design or switch to the oil and gas field depends on your career goals, interests, and the opportunities available in each industry. Take the time to weigh the pros and cons, conduct thorough research, and seek advice from mentors or industry professionals before making a decision. Whichever path you choose, continuous learning, skill development, and strategic career planning will be key to achieving your salary and career goals.
