Mam continue study nhi ho paa rhaa hai
Me study kar rrhaa hu 5-6 hour's but I don't study 2 hour's continue what should I do

The exam you are going to appear in will be of 3 hours. You have to work on your sitting capacity. Always use a study table & keep distractions away from your study table. No gadgets on the study table is the key to increasing focus.
