Mam I have Tried Many a Times To Get Physical with my wife at least once in 15 Days. But I Think she Has Lost Interest. Please Guide me

Ans: Dear Navin,
If your child has a problem, what would you do? You would talk to the child, understand, reason out and then suggest something that might work, right?
You two need to do the same thing with one another; figure out what has made her lose interest in physical intimacy...what seemed to interest her earlier isn't working now...
Talk, talk and listen as well...it will surely be a way to rekindle the bond between the two of you and also increase emotional connection which is something that women need to be physically intimate...
Trying the same things will only give you the same results; you want the outcome to be different, then try what you have already not...

All the best!

I have problem with my wife from last 10 months, she is not interested in sex. Every time I told for that she denied me and reason that in winter she says chilling and in summer she told any other reason. Please give some solution to me what can I do?
Ans: Dear HS, Isn’t it time that you actually asked your wife what she wants rather than just focusing on what you want?

Since you haven’t mentioned her age, I may not be able to relate a particular phase of a woman’s life and sex in relation to that age. But broadly, I can say that for a woman to be in a mood to have sex/make love only when she is emotionally well and fit.

Maybe there is an underlying stress condition that must be looked into as this might make her lose interest in sex.

Also, certain hormonal changes with age can make women less responsive in bed. And sometimes a few medical conditions may also cause this challenge.

Whatever, it maybe, she is your partner and spouse. I would suggest that you first get down to a peaceful communication where the intent is not to drive your agenda of sex but instead being there for her and understanding her as well.

This will create a space of trust where she will be able to share her feelings and what she is going through.

Do get a basic blood work done where a few medical conditions can be ruled out as well.

And if it still persists, then it’s perhaps time to seek a professional out who can help put things into perspective by going deeper into what exactly is going on.

A strong emotional distress maybe the cause for this too.

Whatever it maybe, be with her through this entire journey. She will need a friend to fall back on for sure.

Happy bonding and all the best!

Sir Namaste,I am a class 10 student and I am going to attend the board exam the next year. Actually, I am a very intelligent person and aiming for 500 marks but I have still not covered any chapter in an organised way but I have read most of them for my school unit tests e. t. c. Please give some advice on how to study? What to study? When to study? And some additional tips.
Ans: Hello dear.
On one hand, you say "I am a very intelligent person," and on the other hand, you ask, "How to study? What to study? When to study?" while also requesting some extra tips. If you are so intelligent, then why haven't you covered the syllabus in an organized manner? I believe you are a completely confused student who keeps saying, "I am very intelligent."

Here are some key points for you:
Start by creating a subject-wise timetable that covers all chapters for the next 2–3 months, dedicating more time to weaker areas. Study at least 6 hours daily, divided into 2-hour blocks with short breaks, and gradually increase your study time. In each session, revise a chapter using NCERT books first, then solve previous years' board questions and sample papers. Make short notes or flashcards while revising, especially for formulas, dates, and definitions. Use mornings for subjects requiring high focus, like Maths and Science, and evenings for theoretical subjects like SST and Hindi. On Sundays, revise everything you've studied during the week and take at least one full-length mock test every two weeks. Stay consistent, avoid distractions, and track your progress with a checklist. Lastly, don’t stress; confidence, consistency, and clarity will help you reach your 500-mark goal.

Good luck!
