I am relatively new in stock market trading. I am experimenting and doing analysis on my own after doing a bit of learning. However I am facing loss as of now. Kindly suggest /guide me what to do in future?

Following are the details of my holding for long term 1 year view

Ans:

Adani green -95 shares @379 - Exit

Clariant Chemicals- 19 shares @570(Special Dividend of 140 yet to receive) - Exit

Indiabulls housing finance - 23 shares @239 - Exit

Dmart - 6 shares @1996 - Hold

Relaince - 23 shares @1900 - Hold

Muthoot finance- 10shares @1247 - Hold

My father is selling the property in March 2025 which was bought in 1996, and we are planning to utilise the proceeds in my current home loan. Now the buyer is insisting to complete the sale in this March itself, ie signing the sale deed in March because of some documentation problems and we want the sale to effect in the month of April as the ITR filing then would be in July 2026.
