In the cut throat competitive world why will they share the credits for it with you...!T he way you have asked the question, it shows that you are a good person, good people should not change because of the bad people in the world. So my advice to you is this ...the coworker is selling your ideas.. the boss is liking them, so have faith in yourself and your ideas.
