Hi, I have invested a few years back in Kwality limited, which is not doing well and is delisted in both the stock exchanges - BSE and NSE from trading. May I know, how I can get any money out of the shares, I'm holding? I don't hear anything from the Co. management as well, regarding the prospects or on the roadmap of their future business plan. How I can get to hear from them? Do you say, I should consider it as lost money, forget about it and move on? Thanks in advance for your time and advice.

Ans: Hello,

There were multiple chances given to you to exit this business and the quarterly results, court order, delisting news and announcement, insolvency proceedings etc.

We dont know whether the company would have any future now. I would recommend to move on in life and focus on investing in quality businesses to create your wealth. If you are not an expert to invest in stocks than i would sincerely recommend to go through Mutual Funds route or if you want to invest in direct equities than hire some registered advisor to provide you better advise based on your goal and risk profile.

I hope this will help you
