Ans: Declining profits every quarter for the past 2 quarters
Declining Net Cash Flow : Companies not able to generate net cash
High promoter stock pledges
Not a Good Pick, I will always suggest companies who are making profits.

Declining Revenue every quarter for the past 2 quarters
Declining profits every quarter for the past 2 quarters
Declining Net Cash Flow : Companies not able to generate net cash
Till the time the above data does not change it is difficult to sustain, plus 57% with public is a BIG question. EXIT is the best one.

But you should step up your monthly sip every year commensurate with hike in your income and also some portion of the annual bonus may be used for lumpsum investment.

Hi, This is Shailesh Prasad. I have a PPF account with SBI and was extended for two blocks of 5 years, after initial period of 15 years. The last block of 5 years have matured in Mar2023. Now the SBI wants me to close the account, and i want to continue the account without any contribution, since not done last year, till the time i require the monies. I had heard that the account can be continued without contribution for the desired period. Your view

Ans: Hello;

You can extend the PPF account without contribution for a block of 5 years after maturity(15 years).

However you need to inform the bank through submission of form-4, about the extension within one year after maturity.

In the absence of this, the bank is well within its scope to mandate account closure.

1. ELSS fund (you already have)
2. Flexicap fund
3. Large and Midcap fund

You may select any fund from the top quartile of the respective fund categories.

I want to invest in market for my retirement purpose.which can give me return 50k per month when i am 48 years .so please advise Goods return investments plan .I don't holding any loan ,staying in own house.

Ans: Hello;

You may begin a monthly sip of 40 K into a combination of pure equity mutual funds (50% flexicap; 50% Large and Midcap fund)

It may grow into a corpus of 1.29 Cr after 12 years assuming modest return of 12%.

If you annuitize this corpus, it may deliver you a post-tax monthly income of 50 K+ as desired.

Please consider inflation and other family responsibilities before making the retirement decision.

What's your opinion regarding buy or stay cool for mutual fund in this turmoil market ?

Ans: Hello;

Continue your sip's and do lumpsum at every big fall if you have a long-term horizon (10 yr+), into pure equity funds.

For shorter horizons (3-5 yrs) use balanced advantage and multi asset allocation funds.

Continuing your investments despite market volatility is the coolest thing to do except for those whose goals are nearby.

This is not first time markets are correcting. In fact Mr. Market is giving an opportunity to all those who missed the upwave earlier.

Hi Sir, my age is 34. I need your assistance to evalute and guide me in right direction. I am salried working in IT. I have personal loan of 20L (50K emi), plot loan 4.9L (10k emi), hand loan 5L and Gold loan 6L. I have a plot valued ~18L, another land Valued around 40L, and one more valued around 20L. Doing SIP of 7L in Axis bluechip MF(1.6L total value now) , 5K in small cap. Got around 13L in PF as of now. Got 90k in stocks ( all blue chip) Paying 35K rent. Now i am planning to buy a land and build a house in my hometown. Should i be considering closing loans first or build a house? Should i look at selling property to close loans? Kindly suggest.

It is fiscally prudent to close existing loans first.

Yes selling real estate property to close the outstanding loans is better option.

I HAVE 200 SHARES AS ON 1995 OF JINDAL VIJAYNAGAR STEEL LTD. NOW IT WILL BE HOW MANY SHARES OF jsw STEEL LTD

Ans: When Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Ltd merged with Jindal South West (JSW) and became JSW Steel Ltd, the conversion ratio was 1:16. This means for every share of Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Ltd, you received 16 shares of JSW Steel Ltd.

So, if you had 200 shares of Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Ltd, you would now have 3,200 shares of JSW Steel Ltd
