Hi I am from Assam.. I haven't link my pan adhar til now. As i have heard that 4 states assam, Jammu Kashmir and meghalaya pan-aadhar link til now not mandatory.

Aadhar card is to be linked to PAN. But aadhar is not required by NRI as per aadhar act. What to do to keep alive PAN of NRI. The NRI is not filing any ITR as no Taxable Income. Then what to do ? Please tell me the procedure to be foloowed.

Ans: NRI is not required to enroll for AADHAR. Therefore, he is not required to link it with PAN. However, if Aadhar is already enrolled, it is advisable to link it with PAN.

Sir, my son is in USA . He left India in 2019 for study purpose and now he is working there and hold H1b visa over there. His Pan and Aadhar is not linked so far , so my question is " is it necessary to link PAN with AADHAR ? please guide for the same .

Ans: As per my understanding, your son is NRI and NRI is not required to enroll for AADHAR. Therefore, he is not required to link it with PAN. However, if Aadhar is already enrolled, it is advisable to link it with PAN.

Hello, I have an 18-year-old son who does not yet have a PAN card. How do you link his PAN and AADHAR when he doesn't have a PAN? According to the government, we must pay Rs.10,000 for it? Please tell me what to do.

Ans: Hi Vivekanand

You must have informed the bank about his attaining majority. Please apply for a PAN first and thereafter link it with the aadhar. If there was no PAN itself available, there is no question of linking it.

After turning 18, your son would become the independent account holder and that would necessitate the KYC for him and accordingly, you would need to get his PAN now.

Ans: Let him do what he is interested in. If he is not interested in IT or any specific area then it makes sense to do an MBA. An MBA from top B school could open up a lot of opportunities.

My daughter is doing her BSc Honours in Physics from Delhi University. She is an ace student but due to sickness, she got backlogs in 3 subjects in 5th semester. Shes devastated and gone into depression as this is the first time ever she's has got F grade in her academic life. Will she get admission in Msc Physics? In India or abroad?? Recently DU has sent letters to her college stating that there could be 80% chance of 4th year added for BSc Honours. Will this help. Also, will her whole 1 year waste as if the 4th year extension is not added then she will hv to give exam on coming December to clear the backlogs wid juniors. Will all this affect her admission in pg? Will she get admission in abroad universities??

Ans: Failure is part of life and it is important to face failures else you cannot cope up with failures when it comes. Having backlogs is not a big thing. If she cannot give her backlog now but has to wait for next year then she can think of doing her 4th year in the college and simultaneously clear her backlog. But if she can clear her backlog and get admission to MSc then she can not do her 4th year and instead try get admission to post graduate course.

Ans: Try for both, getting a good job and simultaneously prepare for MBA entrance exams. If you get a good college then take it up, leaving your job. If you get a good job that you like then can think of the option of doing online MBA.

Hello sir. I m final year bcom student and my field is accounts and finance. After 3 to 4 month my bcom graduation will get over and i am planning to do MBA in finance. So i am planning to get admit in good mba college by writing pgcet exam. If i dint get good rank in pgcet then i wont join mba rather i will do job and gain experience of one year and then rewrite pgcet exam for good rank. So currently i am confused should i Focus on my pgcet prepration or should i focus on skills and courses like powerbi, advance excel, analysis etc.

Ans: If you are sure you want to get into a good MBA college, then focus on pgcet. Also can write other management entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, etc.

Ans: CAT is a good option as there are many colleges that accept CAT. It is definitely possible for a student from tier 3 institute to get into top Management college as long as you are able to crack the written test and are able to do well in the interview.

Ans: Do something that you are interested in. So if you are interested in Coding then can take that up. But today coders also are facing problem with jobs due to AI.
