Ans: Degrowth in Revenue and Profit
Decline in Net Profit with falling Profit Margin (QoQ)
Decline in Quarterly Net Profit with falling Profit Margin (YoY)
Companies with High Promoter Pledge
The biggest issue is this, if you feel that this can be resolved then carry it. else book profits and exit. There are lot of good companies available on exchanges, always invest in quality and stay peaceful.

If a sister transfer her self acquired property to his brother with release deed (transfer in blood relation). and the brother transfer it to his son release deed (transfer in blood relation). Then after few years (8-9 years) the sister wish to claim back her property and somehow his brother agrees, will the son loose his rights on that property?

Ans: Property once gifted through release deed, cannot be taken/claimed back, as a matter of right. Presently, brother's Son is the owner of Gifted property. He only is the deciding factor. If he agrees, he may gift the same property back to his father or father's sister.

I HAVE SHOP IN NAME OF MY DAD, BUT MY DAD IS NO MORE WITH US. I WANT SELL THE SHOP IT'S A BMC LAND, THE AREA WILL GO IN REDEVELOPMENT IN SOME MONTHS, WHERE SHOULD I INVEST THE AMOUNT TO SAVE CAPITAL GAIN. THE SHOP WAS PURCHASED IN 80'S.

Ans: In case the entire sale proceeds (and not only the capital gain) from the sale of commercial property is invested into a new residential house, then one is completely exempted from payment of any tax on such capital gain subject max limit of 10 Cr.

Time limit for making the investment is:

1 year prior to the date of sale, or
2 years after the date of sale, or
3 years after the date of sale in case of construction of house property.

This is as per Section 54 F of the income tax act. Not applicable if you hold more then one residential property.

You may consult a CA for the CG working.

Ans: Your daughter can Gift the property to you. Gift deed should be executed, so that property is transferred in your favor. Applicability of Stamp Duty is a state matter & the same varies from state to state, you may refer to Haryana Govt. rules for this purpose.

If I invest Rs.6 lakhs now in Fixed Deposit for a period of 333 days at around 7.40 percent interest rate. How much will be the TDS deduction and when will it be deducted? At maturity or a part in this FY and some part in next FY?

Ans: Whenever your interest earned on FD crosses threshold limit as applicable, based on IT rules, TDS will be deducted by the bank.

My wife is a senior citizen with bank fd of 46 lack She is annually receive around four lakh and have no other sources of income She has submitted from 15g for non tax deduction at source still it is being deducted what is the way out Total annual income is approx four lack only kindly guide

Ans: Since income of your wife is more than the basic exemption limit of income tax, bank has to deduct
TDS and deposit the same with the department. In future, you may not submit Form 15-G for this purpose.
