i recently went through Vitamin D and B12 test. test report showing deficiency in both. What is best medicine to cover both?

Ans: The natural sources for Vitamin D are Beetroot, Mushrooms and simplest way is to get sunlight (before 8am and after 5pm). Mushrooms are also a great source of Vit B12, however if you currently have deficieny in both these nutrients, you should first take plant based supplements for the same. Then the aforesaid vegetables in required quantity will help maintain the healthy levels.

Ans: Vit B12 Sources through diet is majorly from egg and animal protein.
Preferrably one full egg (Country Chicken) daily meets the need to some extent.
Cooked hand pound rice soaked overnight in a earthen ware pot and the kanji consumed the next day morning provides ample resources for the gut flora to synthesise Vit B 12.
Daily sunlight exposure between 11am -3 pm just 10-15 mts is good for Vit D

Ans: The rich source of Vit D is from Sunlight.Good amount of Sun exposure for about 10-15 mts between 11 am -4 pm supplies the needed Vit D.Sea food like shells, Mussels, are rich in Vit D
Vit B 12 is synthesized by the gut flora.Empowering the Gut flora will support Vit B12.Milk a,egg ,meat ,liver,Poultry are rich sources.But cooked rice soaked overnight in earthern ware pots improves B12 level.Working with organic soil helps in nourishing the Gut flora thereby the B12

Ans: Adequate Sunlight exposure is good to bring up the Vit D if your organs - Kidney and liver are functioning well
Being with Type 2 Diabetes, hope yourBlood sugar levels are well regulated.
Both low Vit D and high B 12 could be due to blood Sugars not well regulated too

Ans: Sublungual absorption can be achieved through oral prep
One such form is Nurokind plus
Try this for supplementation.
The level is deficient level if it is 83 picogram/ml
