I have been suffering from indigestion and lot of belch (dakars). Is this a sign of acidity. Please advise how can I get rid of this. Thanks

Ans: It could be acidity or bloating.
Few dietary changes that may help-
- Small meals
- Eat more home cooked meals
- Use cold pressed oil or homemade ghee for cooking
- Early dinner
- Avoid processed and packaged foods
- 5 deep breath prior to ur meals
- A relaxed walk for 15-20min post meals
- Manage ur stress, our gut is our second brain, so manage ur stress level.
- Quality sleep -7hrs
