Kindly advise for the right therapy, course of action.Thank you Dr

Ans: Hello Sir. To address your symptoms, it's crucial to consult a physiotherapist for a detailed assessment and diagnosis. A physiotherapist can then design a personalized exercise and treatment plan for you, which may include stretching exercises to relieve nerve pressure, strengthening exercises for your back and hip muscles, and posture correction techniques to prevent further strain. Depending on the assessment, imaging studies such as an MRI or X-ray may be recommended to provide a clear picture of your spine and hip condition. I wish you quick recovery.
