Hello Ma'am,. I am 37 years old and have High menstruation requiring 5 to 6 pad changes a day in the initial 3 days. It is also slightly clotted. Is this normal at this age and do I have do do any tests, if yes which? Also I have High mood swings , anxiety and irritation during the initial 10 days before start of menustation. There are no hot flushes or night sweats. Kindly guide.

Hi doctor, I've been having periods problems past 3 years.. I was earlier diagnosed with pcos, with and deit and weight maintanence the condition is reversed, yet I'm facing irregular periods I underwent multiple scans the test results were positive( like there are no cysts and issue with the ovaries in the ultrasound scan and fsh tsh and hormone results are positive). I'm 5'4 65 kg, I workout regularly and eat healthy and only rarely I eat junk food. Only with help of hormone tabs I'm able to mensurate. Could anyone suggest what needs to be done like any test I need to take up ?

Hi sir/ma'am, I'm 27 I only had few time in my life have period that is also in very less amount if I'm saying it correct, from past 1 year I don't think I had my periods, all my test are completely fine and I don't what is the problem with me. First doctor suggested me some medication but that reacted me and I had rashes and pimple in my body which is very uncomfortable because that time I was in school , so I decided not to take medicine and some people suggested me it will become normal cause maybe I have pcos , I don't what I have and that doctor never told what is the problem just prescribed medicine. Now , at the age of 27 I started to worry about my health, I know many people think why I'm speaking so late because some people don't have money to visit doctor regularly but now I have a government job and finally I can focus on my health so please suggest me what should I do?
