Hello Doctor, I work in AC office. The worrying part is that the AC unit behind me keeps blowing cold air at 22c. I want to know if will this affect my bones or skin as I have been under the AC for nearly 6 hours. My friends used to tell me that it might also affect blood circulation within my body.

My self Satya, I fall in cold easily. I had pulmonary problem 06 years ago and I fully recovered at that time. After this i fell that cold attacked me easily. What may be the reason for the same ?

My mom is 74 and since vey long her foot is very sensitive to cold. She keeps the fan off even in summer because little bit of air from the fan or even the air blowing through a slightly open window send shock waves through her foot. She is diabetic, but this problem is much older than diabetic. During her young age, due to some complication her uterus was removed. Kindly advise what might be the cause and possible resolution.

I am 55 years old working professional and gets exposed to central AC work area in office for 8 hours 5days a week. I can not tolerate too much cold, particularly cold wind during winter. I have acute allergic rhinitis since 4 years, gets frequent sneezing and running nose, and getting treated thru homoeopathy for last 2 years and sometimes using allopathic medicines if homeopathy does not work. My problem is I feel very chilled from inside my body even during hot summer. In the night in hot summer, sleeping under ceiling fan also make me chilled and get shivering. Every day I use warm water to take bathe as cold water will fall me sick. Recent pathology test results is all normal, except TGL 200 and total cholesterol 200. I walk 4 kms everyday in the morning. Blood sugar and pressure are normal including Eosinophilia. Inside my body I always feel like chilled and shivering. How to get rid of this problem.
