Ans: Hi, this is not normal. You need further evaluation. You have to meet a Nephrologist near to your place. It is better to do 24 hour urinary protein and then review.

Ans: Hello;

You have 3 ways to achieve your target(2 Cr):

1. Monthly sip of 50 K with minimum 14% top-up each year upto 10 years.

2. Monthly sip of 50 K for 13 years.

3. Monthly sip of 82 K for 10 years.

All 3 approaches will yield intended corpus of 2 Cr. As desired.

You will need to invest in a combination of flexicap fund 40%(ppfas) large and midcap fund 40% (Mirae Asset), smallcap fund 20% (Nippon India).

Hello sir, I have 20 acres of land which I purchased in 2010 for 10 lakhs which was a dry land but today a very big solar power project of 750 MW has come up in that area which is next to my land. It cost approx 5500cr to construct it. If I want to sell my land there, what rate can I get or should I keep my land now and for some time? Its current value is as per circle rate which the government fixes, it is Rs 4 lakh per acre, will it go down at this rate or will its market value be even higher?

Ans: Hello;

If you are not sure about future growth prospects for the land then it would be better to sell it now and invest the sale proceeds into mutual funds.

This my suggestion.

You may do a monthly sip of 20 K in a flexicap type mutual fund say for eg PPFAS flexicap fund and another monthly sip of 22 K in Large and Midcap type mutual fund say for eg Kotak Emerging Opportunities Fund.

Monthly sip of 42 K will yield you a corpus of 1 Cr+ in 10 years assuming modest return of 13%.

Ans: Diabetes and hypertension both are risk factors for kidney damage or nephropathy. Considering you have these health issues for more than 3 decades, please get a comprehensivelab work up done followed by a consultation with physician or a nephrologist.

I am 34 years old man, facing frequent urinating problem sometimes. Having urinate almost after every two hours in the day. My creatinine level is 1.10. kindly suggest me the best way to overcome from this barrier.

Ans: Increased frequency or urination could be due to multiple factors. This could be a sign of early stage diabetes mellitus type 2.
Your creatinine is also on higher side, which indicates early stage kidney damage. Are you taking some supplements etc? Sometimes those are also the factors for higher creatinine.

Please get a detailed lab work up done followed by a consultation with physician.

My creatinine level is 1.6 since last 6 months And frequency of passing urine is slightly high .how can i reduce both the levels .

Ans: Creatinine 1.6 essentially mean there is either some muscle loss or excess protein intake or long term kidney damage.
Please get full kidney function tests done. Get the eGFR estimated.
Then consult a physician for next step.

A Creatinine value of more than 1.1 in anyone should raise alert and any value of more than 1.4 is need for immediate detailed work up by the doctor. Considering you have clinical condition of increased frequency of urination, it definitely need more medical attention.

I have a very happy family and one daughter pursuing graduation and son at standard 8. Although I don't have any big issue at my home but my testosterone levels are pretty high. Therefore I am attracted towards ladies and unless ladies offer themselves I never ever have asked anyone for any favour. Since my marriage I have extra marital relation with three different persons. All the time I have shared my things with my wife. She hardly accepts and after lot of persuasion she gets calm. Since my wife has menopause at the age of 40 and she does not display a very happy mood I am always attracted towards outsiders. Even I wanted her to allow me with one of her schoolmate who also have shared her with me. But my wife became furious and has now threatened to legal course of action. What to do? Although I know my desires are already on a negative platform, even then how to control biological requirement?

You say that you don't have any big issues at home, but your wife has threatened you with legal action is not a big issue?
The reasons for it seem very clear that you continue to look for relationships outside of your marriage because your wife is not interested in sex and then you expect her to accept your lifestyle...
She does not accept it and hence has gone the legal way; should that not tell you how right from the beginning of marriage you have been the cause for it to fail?
Rather than just blaming your high testosterone levels which could have been managed, you chose the easy way out by sleeping with multiple women and you think your wife must be okay with it?
So, kindly reevaluate how much you value your wife and your marriage. If this still matters, then I am sure you will make an effort to put things back together between the two of you...As for your high testosterone levels, there are ways in which you can manage (you know for sure how) them without getting into relationships with so many women that come and complicate things for you.
