Hello Doctor, from last around two months, I have burning sensation in my mouth specially in roof, I have continues pain in teeth as well. kindly suggest

The burning sensation in your mouth raises the suspicion of a chronic infection. But this can be easily treated with the right medication (tablets and oral creams) which your dentist will prescribe after a thorough clinical examination.
Since you say you've had this for the last 2 months I suggest you see your dentist immediately.

You need to consult a Periodontist (a dentist who specialises in gum problems) or your general dentist. Only after a proper evaluation can the remedy be suggested. But most gum problems are treatable

Ans: Please see if you have changed your toothpaste if yes, then shift to your original one and please do not change toothpastes.
Mouth ulcers is also a reflection of your digestive issues. Eat early dinner before 7 pm, avoid oily food at bed time and rinse your mouth with 100 ml warm water containing 1 tsp coconut oil three times a day
