Madam Recently I had my annual health check up and wherein the eosinophils in differential leucocyte count showing 7.4%, Vitamin D(25 OH) is 24.2 ng/ml and Vitamin B12 is 269 pg/ml. Rest all other parameters like LFT, KFT, Hba1c, Calcium, Lipid profile, IgE and urine routine and microscopy are normal I have consulted doctor and he prescribed Cholecalciferol granules sachet D3 for for Vitamin D insufficiency, Montair LC for high eosinophils and Mancrez 4g for B12 efficiency. I am 65 yrs old and seek second opinion from your end please. I am having gastritis and also having small polyp in gallbladder. Please advise Ans: Please get the Absolute Eosinophil count in your blood. Get yourself dewormed once and go ahead with the medicines. Do you have any symptoms With reference to the above question and your reply I would like to let you know that Absolute Eosinophil count is 0.43 10^3/μL and I am having symptom of gas in the evening on regular basis. Please advice
