My grandson 5yrs old suffered from kawasaki disease Although he recovered but his arteries considerably suffered/damaged Although all precautions were taken .it has come to light while taken eco by pediatrician cardiologist. For the last2/3months he was on blood thinner medicine. His reading has reached 2.3level.he is undergoing treatment escort heart hospital delhi under supervision of Paedritician cardiologist. I am very much worried. Will,he recover fully and lead a normal life.

Ans: If he has coronary artery aneurysms then he needs regular echocardiograms and follow up with a pediatric cardiologist till the aneurysms regress. Till that happens, he is at a risk for myocardial infarctions hence will require lifestyle changes. Most aneurysms regress after a year. But follow ups will be required for some years as will be advised by the cardiologist

Hi, mam he has 8mm aneurysm, can it be cured

Ans: The pediatric cardiologist will be able to answer this best. Generally 8 mm is considered large and hence has greater complications

Ans: This scan suggests mild sinus disease and possible consequence of the head injury. There is nothing here to suggest anything is wrong with the heart. This BP is normal in a young adult.

Hello doctor, my father had a mini heart attack in September. He was experiencing asthma and jhanjhanahat (I don't know what else can I call it) in shoulders and hands . His hands would get tight all of a sudden and it would pain a lot. He used to go to a pulmonologist for asthma but he overlooked all of these and suggested to put volini spray on it. So when he got the heartattack his left body got paralysed for a while and after that he was fine. The doctor said that there was blockage in artery so he got a surgery done where the stunt was placed near waist. We maintained a good diet after that but when he got back to his house my brother's wife would not care much about the diet and fed him oils and refined oil as much as she could. Now it has been 7 month now he has been experiencing tightness in hands and legs again. Please suggest doctor. I fear that he might get heart attack once again.

Ans: Fearing about him will not help in this situation. What way physically can you hold him will make difference. How much of discipline does your father have and how much of quality in living does he want will decide as to how he can choose how to take care of himself

Respected sir.. Please give your valuable opinion regarding PES CSE ELECTRONIC CITY and PICT CSE

Ans: Preference order may be: PICT CSE > PES University (Electronic City) CSE. Basically, both are strong options. PICT has a stronger academic reputation, better ROI, and excellent placements, while PES offers a better campus experience and industry exposure in Bengaluru.
