Mam my eyes are blurring when eating any food ,my sugar levels are 170+ is this eye problem related to retina glycameia

Ans: If this only with eating, you need to meet Ophthalmologist for any tear gland blocks.
Sugar level is high if it is fasting
If it is random then you are managing well.
Maintain your sugar levels closer to normal range

Ans: Your fasting and Postprandial blood sugar levels are out of range. You need to review your medication with your doctor. Follow a balanced diet with more complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, whole wheat, quinoa, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, beans, and dals. Avoid simple carbohydrates, which are processed, such as sugar, pasta, white bread, flour, and cookies, pastries, and namkeens. High glycemic index foods should be restricted. These foods raise sugar levels very quickly. Choose high fiber foods like vegetables in every meal. Follow a regular exercise regimen and focus on body fat loss.

Madam I am 27 yrs and recently I had severe headache with blurred vision , my sugar level was checked and it was 390 .physician gave diabetes medicines and my hb1ac 5.7 he has put me on insulin now i am fasting and have not consulted dr i AM taking non veg food 2 times please advise Iam confused

Ans: I am glad to learn that your HbA1c has dropped to 5.7. You must continue the insulin as prescribed by your physician. Fasting may lead to severe hypoglycemia with insulin dosage. You must follow a balanced diet rich in complex carbohydrate and fiber foods like whole grains, beans, pulses, vegetables, fruits, etc. Protein rich foods like lean meat, eggs, low fat dairy products, etc.; are necessary to blunt the blood sugar spikes. Have small and frequent meals. Avoid sweets, high fat foods, aerated water, chocolates. alcohol, etc. Follow daily strengthening and aerobic exercises to increase metabolism and increase lean mass.

Hi, My age is 50 and i have one House which is under loan paying 13432 per Month and having one appartment , and i have a debt of 30 L paying emi of 80 K and need to pay of another 4 years , I am going to sell my appartment to close alm My debt and after this I can save 1 L per month. By the age of 60 I want to save 1 to 1.5 crore and also want to invest in Bonds for regular monthly income , suggest ways to save .

Ans: If you do SIP of 61K in a retirement mutual fund for 10 years, you can expect achieve a corpus of 1.5 Cr after 10 years.(Modest return of 13% assumed)

You can use this corpus to buy annuity, invest in PMVVY and SCSS or do a SWP for regular payouts.

To do BTech, it would be better to leave the job. Doing B.Tech. while earning is not recommended. Yet, if your financial conditions do not permit, then he can do so. For B.Tech. admission, keep a close eye on a state-level counseling process where your son can apply for it. If eligible, your son will be admitted to 2nd year of mechanical engineering.

dear sir, i've got civil engineering in Jadavpur university....i want to pursue a career in mechatronics and AI robotics and do MS abroad in these subjects....i have an option of upgrading my branch to power eng, production eng and chemical eng.....i will do an online cs course to upskill myself in coding...what branch do u think i should prefer/ what should be my preference order?

Your aims are different but you have been admitted to Jadavpur for Civil Engineering. Upgrading to Power Engg, Product branch will not solve your problems. At any time you can do CS courses online to upskill your knowledge in coding. It would be better for you to join any good institute for CSE + AI/ML to fulfill your dreams of working in Robotics and allied fields. If possible, shift from Civll to CSE AI/ML/DS
