I m 67 years age and my hba1c is 10.2 and fasting sugar is 243 I m taking insulin 12 units of Novo Rapid flexi pen 3 times In a day morning, afternoon and night before food and Toujio 12 units at 5 pm.

Sir i am diabetic from last 20 years i am taking medicine but fasting sugar does not come in control and comes as 175-180 however random readings and after 2 hours sugar readings are well in control around 135-145. sir suggest what to do

My age is 66 yrs. I am diabetic patient for the last 25+ years andy sugar level though fasting remain normal but pp remain around 200 and sometime 200 plus now-a-days. During the last four years myself diagnosed high pressure and taking bp medicine regularly. During the last couple of months I feel chest pain on right side during walking, heavy breath and blur on right eye. If I stop walking for 2-3 minutes the problem vanish and again problem starts if I restart walking. I did ECG, echo, color Doppler as advised by doctor and prescribed bp medicines twice a day. On asking Dr. said there is no serious problem but due to high pressure this problem persists. Kindly suggest if I go for any further investigation of chest and medication.
