Dear Doctor I am a a 60 year old women.Reasonably fit with no health issues.Should I take Calcium and Vitamin D3 supplements. If yes what is the frequency I should take it. I take 1 supplement of Multivitamins and minerals daily.Thank You.

Ans: Yes, you can take calcium and vitamin D supplements as long as there are no contraindications. Calcium can be taken daily at least 4 days a week and vitamin D will depend upon the strength. I would advise you to seek an in person consultation before taking any supplements or medications.
