My creatinine level always remains at 1.1 though my other parameters remain normal including urea remain at 26.0 . I am 60 years old and on following medication Gibtulio, tenligliptin, pioglitazone, Foxstat 40, Tenata plus, Rabeprazole, Euthyrox 150 and Diavit plus. What might be the cause and what investigation you suggest.

Ans: I think it would be useful if you get comprehensive medical check up done specially all key blood investigations such as Liver function tests, fasting lipid profile , kidney function test. Specially in context of high creatinine and pre-existing diabetes (which I am not aware of the duration), it is likely that uncontrolled sugar is causing some kidney damage. Please get Urine Albumin Creatinine Ratio also.

you have multiple antidiabetic medicines in your prescription but metformin is missing from your list of medicines. Is there any specific reason you are not on metformin, the very first line of anti diabetic drugs.
Not sure your uric acid is high still, if not, stop Foxstat 40.

There are two multivitamins: Tenata plus and Diavit plus. One should be enough and you can stop the other one.
