Can diabetes eat grapes

Ans: ????One should not avoid fruits for diabetes, but opt for those with a low glycemic index
????Eat only a few pieces or slices of a particular fruit at a time(portion control)
????Eat a small portion and check the sugars after 2hrs...to understand the correct portion
????Eat ur fruits&don't juice them(for fibre&blood sugar balance)
????Eat it as a mid meal, pre/post-workout
????Don't eat them with the major meals/immediately post that
????Pair them with nuts&seed

Is it ok for diabetics to eat chawanprash which contains jaggery as the sweetener?

Ans: Chyawanprash is a powerful herbal remedy known for its immune-boosting properties. However, jaggery contains equivalent amount of carbohydrates like sugar which will increase the glycemic index. Thus it is advisable to have sugar-free chyawanprash variants .

Hello Maam Can diabetic eat ripe papaya and banana daily and the quantity. What about the watermelon? Regards

Ans: Yes! But a very small portion!
Pair it with seeds(sunflower/pumpkin/melon seeds) or yoghurt
