Am 52 yr old male .fasting sugar 240 Can i take istamet 50/500 for type 2 diabetic

Ans: Fasting sugar of 240 is very high and points that you are diabetic.
You need comprehensive investigations including HbA1c, fasting and 2 hr blood sugar levels and other parameters such as kidney, liver and cholesterol etc. Check for Urine albumin creatinine ratio as well.
Istamet 50/500 can be started but you may need more medicine and this one alone may not be sufficient to control sugar levels.

Also, modify lifestyle and consult a physician with full reports.

Ans: Lifestyle diseases need to be addressed through lifestyle changes to tune with the rhythm of life.No amount of external agent can do wonder alone.So please look at what comes to your stomach and what activities burn them.even stress can keep your sugar elevated.Stress cannot be avoided ,but i am sure one can choose where do i choose to meet it

Ans: Let's break the qn into 2 parts.
Both institutions are worthy to pursue a program in engineering. Boradly, while Aerospace Engineering covers both aircraft and spacecraft, Aeronautical Engineering focuses only on aircraft.

You need to join a program that matches your interest and passion. Check the syllabus of the two programs and also speak to their placement heads to find out which has better placement prospects.
