i am 52,taking medicines for Hypertension and sugar twice daily , go to bed at around 10.00pm . gets up3 to 4 times for urination during night as a result the quality of sleep is very poor. what to do. my bp is 140/80 & Fasting sugar is 160. is this because of medicines or because of overactive bladder ?
