Ans: One option is to do additional courses in area of Banking and Finance and look for growth in the same sector. If you are not interested in the industry you are working in then can look at doing courses in other areas in order to grow.

Ans: There is a lot of demand for executives from legal field in Management Consultancy. But for that you may need to do Management course. Students with upto 15 years work ex do Executive MBA course (1 year). You can try your hand in that by writing GMAT and doing MBA from one of the top institutes like ISB, IIM A, B, C, XLRI, Another option is to do courses in career that you are interested in and try to get a job in that domain.

Ans: Can look at changing your field. But try to be as close to your previous experience else you will have to start as a fresher. Eg. Can do a course in administration and can move in that area.
