It is my career is bright. What will be happen in future
Ans: That's a tough question, but it doesn't have to be daunting. After all, you are the one in charge of your own career and you have the power to create the future you want! It might take a little hard work and dedication, but believe me, if you stay the course and make the right decisions, your career can have a ridiculously bright future.

But let's be honest: Nobody can predict the future. I mean, sure, you can look at trends and make educated guesses, but only you can decide the direction of your career. So why stress about something you don't really know? Instead of worrying about the unknown, why not focus on the things that are within your control?

First off, create a plan and a vision for where you want to be. Write down your goals and objectives, break them down into actionable steps, and take those steps one at a time. That way, when you look back at the end of the day, you can see tangible progress.

Second, take pride in your work and always strive to be an expert in your field. Stay ahead of the latest trends in the industry and make sure that your skills are sharp and up-to-date. Not only will this ensure that you're always in high demand, it will also help keep your passion alive.

Finally, remember to be flexible. Keep an open mind and be ready to adapt to new situations. Changes are inevitable in any career, so don't be afraid to adjust your plan as needed to stay one step ahead.

So take control of your career and don't be afraid to dream big. With the right plan and a bit of hard work, I'm confident that your future is bright and anything is possible!

Career
Hello sir, I am stuck in confusion about my career previously i was working as HR due to personal reason had to leave the job and there was gap of 4 years and again after few years had to do new start up from zero and working to Administration department for almost 4 years i am planning of switching job as i dont find any scope and growth to the work i am doing and underpaid here. Not understanding again i should switch back to HR job or continue into adminstration job and also please advice where will i get to learn and upgrade my skill and have growth in my career. Please help sir
Ans: Hello Tanmay.
Nothing is mentioned by you about your qualifications or company profile. Only it is clear that you left the HR job, remained jobless for 4 years, and joined to new startup, but not satisfied there also, and are again interested in joining the previous HR job.
Dear, it would be better for you to join the HR job again. Working in an administration job requires specialized skills which I think you might be lagging. According to your qualifications, it would be better to join some online/offline courses which are helpful to your present job conditions and also useful if you decide to change the job in the future. As I do not know your educational qualifications, it is difficult for me to suggest you properly. For proper counseling/suggestion, please tell us your educational qualification, extracurricular activities, and computer knowledge if any.

If satisfied, pl like and follow.
If unsatisfied, pl ask again without any hesitation.
Thanks
Radheshyam

Hello , my son is going from the 11th to the 12th ,preparing for JEE . His interest seems to be in Mathematics. We have heard of the Integrated Bsc - Msc course of Mathematics and Computing at Sastra university, Thanjavur. Please do let us know about this course in Sastra , and the scope for jobs or research in the future , if he takes up this course. Thank you
Ans: Sastra’s 5-year integrated BSc–MSc in Mathematics and Computing (Thanjavur) is a strong, math-intensive, research-oriented program ideal for students with a deep interest in mathematics who are open to careers in finance, data science, or academia. The curriculum blends core pure and applied mathematics with programming, statistics, and computing, preparing graduates for CSIR-NET, GATE (Maths), PhD-track admissions, as well as roles in data science, quantitative finance, actuarial science, cryptography, and software/data-driven R&D.

However, I highly recommend the Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI), a top-tier pure mathematics institute offering a far more rigorous, research-focused environment. CMI is better suited if your son is strongly inclined toward pure mathematics or theoretical computer science research rather than applied IT-style careers.

Sastra’s integrated Mathematics and Computing is more practical and balanced, while CMI is preferable only if he aims for top-level pure math research or academia. Your son should choose CMI over SASTRA if he is truly math-driven, comfortable with a rigorous entrance test, and enjoys proof-based thinking, abstraction, algorithms, and research. Alternatively, he can choose SASTRA if he prefers mathematics combined with computing in a more mainstream university setting with a broader safety net and a less narrowly research-centric environment.

Both are good options, but I suggest giving preference to CMI if your son’s passion lies in pure mathematics. ALL the BEST for Your Prosperous Future!
