Best targets are NIT Agartala, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Puducherry for Electrical/ECE/core branches, and GFTIs for CSE/IT. In CSAB Special Rounds, all ranks are considered again for vacant seats, so she should not miss it.
