Dear Pradeep Sir I am at age 50 and after working 26 years in corporate world I HAVE LOST MY JOB.fOR THE LAST 5 MONTHS i AM TRYING MY LEVEL BEST TO GET THE JOB BUT NOT SUCESSFUL PLS GUIDE WHAT SHALL I DO.

Ans: Dear Mukesh ji, There are many like you who suffer from Mid career crisis after loosing their jobs due to any reason. Since it is not clear from your query about the job profile you held and your academic /professional/Technical qualifications , hence I am unable to suggest however there are many private organisations in service sector like Hotel / Travel &tourism/ NBFCs/ Retail / Automobile Dealerships/ Coaching Institutions / Schools / Colleges in Admin / Security Services / Real estate like companies you may get options . You may have to compromise on the salary package and other perks . You may take help of job consultancies who are arrange interviews for you .

Sir, I have lost my job over a year back and i still find it difficult to get a new job inspite of the fact that I have over 20 years experience in the field. At this stage, all my saving are coming to an end and i do not see any future or any other means of livelihood. I have been told that at my age of 46, it is difficult to find an new job or to change my field. I am not sure as to what I should do. Kindly advise. Please advise. Suresh

Hello sir this is Nishat , I passed my 12th in the year 2023 with a good percentage but however I couldn’t see it for chemistry exam. So obviously I failed in that subject so I decided to again reappear for that exam and in 2024 I gave betterment exam from my state board in the subject biology and chemistry. However I scored far better in biology than last time but (Chemistry) I don’t know maybe it’s it’s because of the issues that we have with our board. I couldn’t score good marks so even I had decided to give (Chemistry) separately and so in 2024. I again set for (Chemistry) exam under nios I and I scored 80 so now the thing is that I’ll be having two mark sheet so while applying in need I cannot possibly select the code 2 because although I already have the state board certificate but the NIOS certificate is not yet out and it will be out by end of the March sir can I possibly select the code one that is appearing or will it create problems while counselling or is there any other option please help me out sir , I’m very desperate like I have prepared for neey for the last two years and I don’t want to put my hard work into vain. Please Sir help me out

Please select code 1 without any fear. Focus more on your study. But considering your fear and anxiety with the chemistry subject, it is recommended that you choose other options than NEET. This time you appear without any fear.

Depending on his score, it is difficult to get admission to premier institutions like NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs but several reputable private engineering colleges accept students with lower JEE Main scores. Please locate the reputed private college nearby you or in your state or if your financial position is sound, you can keep the options open to pan India. Some of the options are (1) Heritage Institute of Technology, Techno India University, Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM) (Kolkata) (2) Anurag University, AAR Mahaveer Engineering College (Hyd) (3) Bangalore Institute of Technology, R.V.
