Hi ma'am, I am 26 years old and I have overall 4 years of work experience in hedge fund and private equity administration department, I left my job in. August 2023 as my family business was undergoing some crisis but now it is stable and I want to join corporate again but unable to get any jobs and my CV is getting rejected. Please advise.

Few tips for your reference-

Update your cv - call out the key skills as per the industry and tailor your resume as per the job you are interested in.
Networking- For example reach out to ex colleagues, Alumni meets, be active on platforms like linkedin and other professional and relevant industry groups.
Skill development- while you are looking for job work on developing your skills relating to data management, financial analysis etc
Research the organizations you are keen to join.
You can also look at contractual/ freelancing roles until you get the job you want. This will add to your experience.

Ans: Contact placement agencies. Ask them the kind of roles that you could apply to and the skill sets required. Do short term courses to gain those skill sets. also try applying to some startups in your industry where they could use your expertise.

Good evening sir, I was working for a MNC company & have 25years of experience. I was well placed in the company. I joined as a employee & I got promotions for a higher position. I resigned from my job as I was dishonoured, I did not like to work with people who are having 2 faces. My educational qualification is ITI & joined based on ITI. I have done diploma in industrial engineering a six month distance education course, National certificate in supervision, one year distance education course. In my tenure of working I got exposure to skills for handling a shop & I was completely incharge of the shop. I was sent to abroad also for training & get exposure for performing higher role. Now I am trying for a job, but not finding one. I can work as a unit head or a manager. Even I am finding to work as a supervisor. Please suggest for how I can go forward or will companies accept me on my experience.
