Respected Sir,
I am suffering from unemployment.
I am a BTech (CSE) graduate. I earned my degree in 2012.
Due to some family issues, I completed my BTech very late.
I completed one year of apprentice training as a software developer and came to Bengaluru to get a job as a developer.
However, I was not getting one.
Then, then I got a job in the BPO sector where I worked for some time. I wanted to shift my career to another field so I quit my job.
Right now, I am jobless and I am not getting any job.
I am also confused about which field I should choose where I can earn good money.
I did not get a good salary when I was working at the BPO.
My age is 37.
Please guide me.

i done my b.com from kanpur in 2018 after that i took 2 yrs drop to prpare CAT Exam but sadly I got very less marks inspite of studying day and night and than I thought to took admission in tier3 college in Greater noida instead of wasting 1 more year but sadly after completing MBA in Marketing stream I also took loan of 4 Lakh for same but Sadly I did'nt got placement in college in 2022, then I decided to return To kanpur and search Job there because it requires additional accommodation cost outside city to search job there but Sadly I didn't get job there since there is very less oppurtunitiies so in 2024, I decided to move to noida city to search job but Sadly here I am getting only 10-15K job in BPO sector even Class 12th passout also getting the same, I realise I wasted 8 years in collecting degrees have no use. I am also in DEBT of 4lack, That i took to finance MBA course, What should i Do????

Hi sir, I need your valuable suggestion in my career related purpose please tell once sir sir I completed my degree in 2016 after that doing job in non-background job n again taking MBA 2020 but still 2025 one subject was pending out of all these out of all these 7years after education I ve done jobs in 2 companies which are no need education N last one I worked is on Mnc company but there I lost my job due to lack of maintaining production quality N now I am jobless it's been 2months wasted after resigned my job now I don't know what do N my age is 30years what should I do know?? To get back to successfull career N good decent salary package please help me sir????????????
