Ans: The language you should learn would depend on which country you want to settle. Each country would require you to know its local language if you want to do the job there.

I have done B.com llb from Dehradun and recently completed GLOBAL MBA from Germany but facing language problem there for getting job there so can he get job in India or in any other country ??

Ans: While language barriers can sometimes pose challenges in finding employment in a foreign country, there are still opportunities available for individuals with an international MBA degree.

Further, Germany may be a one off case. If you have proficiency in English, it shouldn't really be a problem in India or Other countries.

With your B.Com LLB background and a Global MBA, you can explore job opportunities in various sectors in India. Your legal and business background can be advantageous in roles such as corporate law, business consulting, finance, marketing, or management positions in multinational companies. It's important to research the job market, network with professionals, and leverage your educational background and international experience to enhance your chances of securing a job.

Also, countries with a strong English-speaking environment, such as Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, and some European countries, could provide opportunities for individuals with a Global MBA.

If my family friend give me a loan of 5lakh for my new house will I be facing tax deduction in that case. Account transfer or with cheque is it taxable

Ans: 01. There seems no problem, if you avail a loan of Rs.5.00 lakhs from a family friend, by cheque or other banking channels, there will be no Tax Deduction nor any tax would be payable on it, since it is not your income but a valid loan. It is advisable, if you pay some interest on this amount also, may be at the time of repayment of loan.
02. Please ensure to repay, this amount (Basic+Interest, if any), using only banking channels, after some time.

Sir, Can the LTCG amount on resale of a flat be utilised to repay the old home loan of another flat, to claim the tax rebate

Ans: 01. You can pay off your home loan from the amount received by selling a Flat or spend the amount in any manner, there is no bar.
02. But you have to pay tax on LTCG generated by selling the Flat.
03. If you repay the home loan of another Flat, this Flat should have been purchased with in time limit of "ONE YEAR BEFORE THE SALE OF OTHER FLAT". This time line is important, to avail the tax benefit. Beyond that limit you cannot claim any exemption of any payment of home loan.

Ans: 01. In this case you would be subjected to LTCG (Long Term Capital Gains) tax. You have provided partial details, as such, exact working cannot be given. However, its Rates have been mentioned as under :
(A). Under present provisions of Income Tax Act, you may opt any of the options (in case of Long Term Capital Gains), as under :
A.01. Tax Rate 12.50% without indexation or
A.02. Tax Rate of 20% with Indexation.
You may calculate your tax liability under both options & may opt for the tax regime, where tax liability is minimum.

My advice would be that we should not read too much in the "current job market" sitting thousands of miles away. Mid 2026 is still 18 months away and too far in the future to start worrying today. Your son being at the heart of action would know exactly how to navigate between his studies and finding a job.

Are you in Manipal town or at the Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT). if at MIT you may review the syllabus of the 2 branches of engineering and enroll for one that matches your interest. Also a visit to the placement cell at MIT would guide you on the placement of students from these branches in the past.
