Ans: Vishal, prefer NE-NIT-CSE, followed by IIIT-J-ECE. If possible, avoid Dual-Degree. Work for 2-3 years after 4-year Degree and, if you wish and if your parents can afford, go for Masters in India or Abroad. All the BEST Vishal.

Ans: He will not get a good job just by doing some certificate program. Many universities are now floating masters programs for non it background students. Like Upgrad, IIT Madras, BITS Pilany etc. He should do those programs
