Career

Hey Patrick, I hope you're well. I have a quick question and would appreciate your insight. I'm 42 years old with approximately 18 years of work experience in various Indian companies. Lately, I've been feeling stuck and am considering doing something more exciting. I'm thinking about pursuing a full-time PG program outside India in a field where I can grow further. Could you suggest what courses or fields I should consider, where I could pursue them, and any advice on how to go about it? I really appreciate your time and help. Thank you so much!

Ans: There are Leadership courses conducted by to B schools. There are also courses like PGP Max conducted by ISB for students with 15+ years of work ex and there should be similar courses abroad. You can also do some technical courses if you plan to reskill in your technical domain.
