Hello Sir, i am getting Symbiosis Pune Robotics and Automation but i want to make career in Software Development Field so for cse either i have to go with lpu or bennett or else some other collages like Parul, Poornima University, Ajinkya DY Patil and etc.... Last option is to take admission by management quota in collages such as symbiosis skills university,PICT or MIT WPU and etc(( My jee percentile is 83.5, currently living in thane, i appeared for MHTCET but got low percentile 63 percent )) (i also got merit listed for IT in Guru Teg Bahadur how is it)) Please Guide sir??

Ans: Dear , More options means more confusion . Since all these colleges/Universities are run by private intities , to take admission , you have to take care of fees charged . Since SW is our preference , you may opt for CSE but if you look into early employability , Robotics and Automation will get your early placement. .

Ans: Hi. It is not clear that along with JEE, you appeared for MHT-CET. Else via this exam, it would be possible for you to get CSE. The alternatives you put for opting for CSE are good but costly also. You are ready to take admission via management quota in pvt college. Then choose PICT Pune for CSE which is a better option than you put in front of us. By taking admission to PICT, it would be possible for you to make a career in the Software Development field with ease.

My son has got 91 percentile in the recent jee exam , he has next attempt in april, but i feel its difficult for him , can i know about other good colleges in karnataka , as im based their. interested in computer science and aeronautical degree, also advise some recent good courses for his career in india.

Ans: Hello Manoj.
Do not get stressed at this stage. Even though his score is 91 percentile in 1st attempt, he can do well in 2nd attempt. But from the safer side, ask him to appear in the Karnataka State Engineering Entrance Examination also. Even if he scores less in JEE on 2nd attempt, he may good college via the state entrance examination in CSE or aeronautical engineering as per your wish. For your reference, there are 10 colleges in India where you can get admission without a JEE score. There are no such courses to be called as recent. The choice of courses depends upon the interest of your son. Hence there is no need to hurry and get into panic at this stage. Let him appear for both exams first, Ask about his interests, and then choose the course accordingly. I would be happy to suggest you after knowing his scores in JEE+State entrance + his liking.
Till then, ask him to focus only on two engineering entrance exams. Best of luck to your son for upcoming exams.

sir i passed class 10th in 2022 and class 12th in 2024 and also did not give jee exam now i re-appear for class 12th from nios board in all 5 subject so my question is that can i take a drop year for mains as well as advanced for next year plaese sir guide me

Yes, If you wish so, you can take the drop year and appear 12th through NIOS. You will be eligible to appear for JEE (Mains) and JEE (Adv) if qualified in mains.

If i have 12 Lacs salary but i have 1lac equity cap gains would the sec87 rebate of 60k still apply on my 12L income? Or for that matter of fact if my income is 11L but have cap gains of 50k would it mean zero tax?

Ans: 87A rebate is not available for special rate income but if taxable income is upto 12 lacs, rebate will be available to the extent of other income which is not taxable at special rate.

In your case, as taxable income is likely to exceed 12 lacs, accordingly, rebate will not be available.

Ans: I don't know the amount you want to invest.
If the amount is reasonable & you can find suitable Real Estate option, that will be best. Invest in that property, which yields you some returns and is likely to appreciate with the passage of time. It should be readily Salable also, so that the proposal ensures liquidity also.
Other options are Mutual Funds, Equity Shares, NSC, FDR etc. However, Mutual Funds (D-Mat based) may be more suitable in view of returns & easy handling of documents.
