Hi sir, I have got VIT AP... Pls tell me about the institute and it's packages and previous year placement records... Also pls suggest me whether I should choose vellore campus or AP campus.... As many students say that all campuses receive common placement.

VIT AP is a reputed institute. The placement and academic records are good. It is not the problem of placement on the campus. Both options are strong. Only choose which is nearer to your hometown to get the relaxation from a travelling point of view.

Sir, i had given PCB 12th board exam in 2023 and passed it. Later i joined a BPT course but didn't find any interest in it. I gave math isolate board exam this year in 2025. I want to do civil engineering. How shall i fill the application for CAP rounds conducted by CET cell or Direct second year diploma (dsd25)?

Since you did not appear for MHT-CET, you can't apply for CAP rounds. It would be better to go for the 2nd-year diploma. After completing the diploma, you can take admission to the B.E. (Civil) course.

Sir, i did give MHT CET PCM this year and scored 82 percentile. So please guide me regarding the CAP Round.

Ans: Participate in the CAP rounds. You have opportunities to get into a reputed college in the Civil branch. Take the help of any local counselor if you are unable to choose the options in a proper way. But it is not too difficult. You can do it yourself, also.

Also sir, last question, but while filling the application form for the CAP rounds, when i put in 2025 as the HSC Passing year, my result isn't automatically fetched by the DSD25. And im confused about the manual filling of the hsc marks, as the isolate math marksheet has only math marks, and not the entire result. Please guide me regarding this matter. Thank You.

Ans: (1) Use your official full HSC marksheet for entering marks manually.
(2) Do not rely solely on the isolated Maths marksheet for the full HSC result.
(3) If still unclear, contact the CAP helpdesk or your school for assistance.

I had taken admission in Allen Amritsar, but now I am deciding to shift to Allenn Kota reason being almost 3 hours of travelling daily and in search of a better environment for serious study and I have 2 options now, either I can choose a batch that is already going on like which I was studying here. I would continue studying there or the second option I have is I can take a newly started batch there so that I will be I will be ahead of everyone in the batch and I will be able to cover some extra books since I've already completed, the allen modules and I'll ahead of batch. It would be beneficial for me also, and so please suggest me. What are the pros and cons of it also and I have scored 99.6% in my boards in class, 10th CBSE and expectations from everyone are so high so please give some additional advice so that I can create the best life for me so that I can achieve my dream of IIT JEE 2027 under 500 rank, I'm currently in grade 11th.

Regularly appear for class tests, prepare your own notes, and solve previous years' question papers. Stay in touch with past successful students for more tips. Regularly participate in online tests conducted on various platforms. Be confident in yourself. Talk less and concentrate more on studies. Use scientific methods to crack the examination. Sir I got 89.98 tile in mht cet and I from maharashtra i want admission in vjti, ict, thadomal, vivekenda institute of tech , thakur, in branches like ai and ml/ds , robotics, marine engineering, mechatronics etc.

Ans: Hello Tanmay, the chances with the mentioned branches seem to be challenging, except for the mechatronics branch. Try with Thodomal and Vivekanand with higher hopes. For AI, ML, and DS, consider tier 2 colleges. As much as possible, drop the idea of Marine Engineering.
