My son has got cs with bs in bmsit Bangalore in first round of comedk and has got chances of same branch in ms Ramiah and Dayanand sagar engineering next round , finally he may get iiit Dharwad through jee, what is your suggestion

#My question was not answered by any of Career guru. I posted on 20 th June. can any one please attend and advise us. # Hello Sir/ Madam ; We are from Pune, Maharashtra. My son recently gave CBSE 12 th Boards and wants to pursue Engineering course. He gave IIT Mains and other private college exams like VIT , Symbiosis, Manipal, COMEDK. He has already got seat as follows - Symbiosis Pune - Btech-AIML; VIT/AP -CS with DS in category 2 and Manipal Bangalore- Electronics and Computer Engineering. MH CET percentile is 96.67 and CAP round counselling is yet to start. His COMEDK rank is 19 K , counselling yet to start. Please advise us in doing right choice for him in terms of institute and Branch considering Internship opportunities/Placement opportunities from already allocated seat/institutes. Also kindly give us insight on chances to get college/branch from MH CET and COMEDK. We are from OPEN Category .Thanks in advance !!

Ans: Prefer Symbiosis-P-AIML, followed by VIT-AP-CS-DS. As back-ups you can participate in the counselling process of both MH-CET & also COMEDK, but getting CSE with any top colleges will be difficult, though you can fill your choices. Will have to compromise on other streams. All the BEST for Your Bright Future.

Dear Sir, My son got IIIT Sricity CSE in josaa 1&2 rounds and if float, he may get IIT Palakkad/Dharwad /Goa -Mechanical. Please suggest to keep float or freeze. He also secured 246 score in BITS and he may get Pilani Mechanical Or EIE /EEE in Hyd/goa. He also have option of getting CS in RVCE bangalore through comedk / CS in PES bangalore through KCET. Kindly suggest which will be better option . He don't have any specific interest in any branch

Ans: Considering you are 6 weeks pregnant, its early pregnancy, usg reveals gestational sac
I would advise to repeat usg after one week because have need to wait till 7 weeks
Normally heart beats appear till 7 weeks of pregnancy

Hi iam 32 year old mechanical engineering graduate. Iam a home maker since I completed my graduation. Now I want to do something in my life, learn different things, earn along with taking care of my family(husband and children). Iwas a very good student till engineering 2nd year then I lost interest because of stagnant studies in our college and no practicality. No one was there to guide us in our college. Now iam getting from my deep with in I should do something, I should learn and grow daily. I should earn and be financially independent and free financially till the age of 42. Can you please suggest me what are my opportunities, how can I grow ? Iam also interested in mathematics and history, these days I have a liking towards computer sciences too. What will you suggest?

Ans: Great question. Why 42. You will start earning from 2025 only. Just go for some certification course of DATA SCIENCE which will include AI cum Machine Learning. Since you are an engineer this course won't be a problem for you. Just before joining the course for 1-2 months see the YOU TUBE videos about coding. Never it is too late. Ans: First be familiar with the changes which crept into the IT industry during the time of your gap, otherwise you will not be able to maintain the present pace. Secondly stop searching for govt. jobs. IT future lies in private only. One very good suggestion is there. Pursue 2 years online MBA in IT. My daughter is going to be graduated by next year in Electronic and communication engineering (ECE). Is there any good opportunity for job or should she continue her higher study? We are in a great confusion seeing this day by day fall down of job opportunity. Please help.

Ans: If the financial condition permits let her go for MS from a reputed university of USA. She needs good GRE SCORE, TOEFL score around 105-110, three good recommendations from her professor, a sloid SOP (statement of purpose) and approximately a funding between 80 lakhs to 1 crore. Hi sir, This is Naresh. I'm completed my diploma in civil engineering in 2016. After that I started my career as a structural cad engineer. Since 7 years I'm working as a professional engineer. I'm married. But actual my goal is in want become a structural design engineer. I stuck in my career. My salary also not growing as per the market. How can I get my degree in civil engineering field. And also I'm unable to quite my job. I want to grow in my career.Please guide me

Ans: Unless you go for BE (Civil) and M.Tech Structures you can't be an officially recognized Structural Engineer. But the present condition won't allow you to do BE (Civil) and M.Tech (Structures) by leaving you job and you are married too. So I would suggest you to appear for the AMIE exam. It is hard, but at least the scope is there. After completing AMIE you will be equivalent to BE ( Civil). After that even if you don't go for M.Tech it will not create any problem. If i am studing diploma in civil engineering after that can i do B.Tech in Computer science

Ans: You can do, but for that again you have to do a diploma in Computer Science. You can't go directly from Civil to Computer in India. Otherwise you have to clear 11th and 12th Science (I am assuming you joined diploma after Xth Standard) and take fresh admission in Computer Science. But it will be a great loss of time. The best way is to do online BBA. It will give you graduation ( though for BBA 12th pass is essential) and after BBA you can do some good certificate course from institute like INTELLIPAAT which gives standard certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning (a need of the day) in Collaboration with IIT- Chennai/IIT- Roorkee.
