Sir mera beta civil engineering mein diploma aur degree bhi kar chuka hai 2023 me,uske liye koi naukari ka chance hoga kyonki abhi 26 year ka hoga aur abhi 2 bar EPFO, UPSC ka exam diya hai koi result nahin aa Raha hai
Ans: Government sector mein age limit mostly 30-32 years tak hai for Junior Engineers positions in CPWD, Central Water Commission, and various PSUs, so abhi bhi time hai UPSC ESE, SSC JE, and state government exams ke liye. Private sector mein age restriction bilkul nahi hai and currently 22,900+ new civil engineering jobs annually create ho rahe hain through 2033. Major companies like L&T, Tata Projects, Shapoorji Pallonji actively hire both diploma and degree holders for site engineer, project manager, and construction supervisor roles. Infrastructure development projects under Smart Cities Mission, Bharatmala, and metro expansion ne massive demand create kiya hai. Both diploma and degree holders earn 2.5-9 LPA initially with rapid growth potential. EPFO regularly recruits civil engineers through specialized notifications, and banking sector bhi civil engineers ko hire karta hai for loan assessment and project evaluation. Recommendation: Continue UPSC/EPFO preparation while simultaneously applying for private sector jobs and consider state government exams as backup options, kyunki current market conditions bohot favorable hain civil engineers ke liye. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!
