I am farmer. I studied till 12th class. My family has been farming for generations. But now, farming is very difficult. Water problem, prices not good, weather also changing. I hear about new technology for farming, like using sensors and data, even AI. But I don't know much about this. I want to grow more, earn more, make my farm modern. How can a farmer like me, who only knows farming, use these new technologies like AI? Will it be too difficult for me? Or will it help me make better decisions for my crops and animals? I want to understand how AI can help small farmers like me. How can I learn about these things? My English is not good, so please explain in simple way.

I very worry that AI will replace developers like me who doing basic coding. I want to grow into AI field but don't know where to start. Should I learn Python and machine learning by myself or take formal course? How can someone from small engineering college compete with IIT graduates who get all good AI jobs? What specific skills I should focus for make myself AI-ready and not become obsolete in next 5 years?

Sir, I am marketing manager in Delhi FMCG company for 8 years after MBA from Tier-2 college. Recently my company hired consultant who brought AI tools for customer analysis and campaign making. I feeling very worry about my career future because these AI tools can analyze customer data and making marketing campaigns more fast than our team. My boss asking to us for learn these tools but me finding them very confusing. I always been good for understanding customers and building relations but now everything becoming data-driven. How experienced professional like me can adapt with AI without losing human touch? Should me take course in data analytics or focus for developing leadership skills? I have two small childrens and cannot afford for lose job.

My company want to implement smart manufacturing systems with IoT sensors and AI-driven quality control, but me not very familiar with these new technology. At 42 years, sometimes I feel me too old for learn these complex technology but I also knowing I cannot ignore them. Namaskar Dr. Natarajan ji, I am government school teacher in Bihar with 15 years experience. I have B.Ed. and M.A. in Hindi Literature. After COVID education changed a lot. Now student use phone and internet for learning and government talking about AI in education. Me good at teaching student and connecting with them but these new technology very difficult for me. Sometime I feel student know more about computer than me. I want to grow in teaching career and maybe become principal or education administrator but everywhere they asking for computer skill and knowledge of educational technology. How can experienced teacher like me adapt to AI and technology in education? Should me focus for learn these tool or there is other path for career growth? I also think about start coaching class as side business. Is it good idea at my age?
