I am in a job in my current company since last 15 years now i am 43 years old, but recently i am very much mental disturbed by my boss approach, he is shouting to all the staffs and other persons too, but I can not tolerate him any more. I am felling very uneasy whenever I am facing him. Therefor some thoughts are coming continuously in my mind that should I change my job or start my own business, but I can not take any decision.

Since you have been in the same company for 15 years , please speak with your boss in private and let him know that you are not very comfortable with his approach.If that is not working try and speak with your super boss . Meanwhile start searching for a job and start attending interviews aswell. It is much easier speaking to your boss when you have a backup offer in your hand.,

Sir, I am 27 years old, Single. Its been 2 years + I am doing private 3 years project contractual job this contractual job.its going to complete in Dec 31st 2024. I gave Ctet teacher exam but i failed 3 time. But i m not focusing in State tet so, i want focus but in market lots of content and i dont have gude what shall i do. I am not happy with my current job. This job changes me alot in my caracter now, i cant sleep properly because if this job will finished what shall i do, till yet i have not creck any exam. And if i go in market i started to forgot ex:- After giving money i forgot to take back, after giving money i forgot to take things sometime. My age also gainig if want to marry so, i have earned money or save money i have to bear all expenses because my parents financially poor if I want save, same time i need to look my younger brother study expenses i need to bear and family running mantainance and also have EMI loans need to pay and also i am helping my parents to build their house with my own money my parents does not have money for my marriage. Now i have overthinking, depression, fear, feeling lossing confident, my dream job also get critical in this situation what shall i do. In office also staff try to polling down because i am getting higher salary what shall i do. For this reason just resently my health conditions because worse my pressure 139 felt vomit feel dizzy. What shall I do now Sir.

In regard to your marriage at 27 you aren't too old to find a like minded partner don't rush and regret, start the process through matrimonial apps.

I see you talk about your health, especially blood pressure, well that's because you are unduly stressed.
Add tender coconut water to your diet, talk to a proper Ayurvedic doctor..!

The condition you describe is rather common and usually linked to poor oral hygiene. Mobility of teeth and exposure of the roots is caused by abnormal recession of gums and simultaneous bone loss.
Please consult a Periodontist (a dentist who has specialised in treatment of diseases of the gums and jawbone). Provided the condition is not severe, it may be possible to save her teeth with periodontal surgery which may involve placement of bone grafting material or bone substitutes.

Sir, my daughter cleared GPAT 2023, but still she is waiting for the scholarship. She will be also completing her Masters in Pharmacy this year, i.e., July/2025. Is she get that scholarship after completion of the course. Any idea? Please suggest.

Ans: The Pradhan Mantri Scholarship for Pharmacy Post Graduate Studies (GPAT) allows successful candidates to receive a stipend through Canara Bank. To access this scholarship, candidates must contact the institution where they are pursuing their postgraduate studies in pharmacy.

If the candidate has not yet CONTACTED the institution, she should contact her principal to facilitate this process, with the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). If she has already submitted her request, she can expect to receive the stipend soon (according to PCI's circular). The funds will be directly credited to the candidate's bank account.

Please note that my student, who is pursuing a PG in Pharmacy, is receiving a stipend and has completed the GPAT in the year 2023.

For reference, the Pharmacy Council of India has released relevant circulars. For more details, please visit the PCI website. Additionally, videos related to the GPAT scholarship for 2023 are available on YouTube.

Hi My child is 14 year old and will be appearing grade 10 NIOS board exam in april 2025 in parts ie remaining maths n science subjects in oct 2025. Without giving NEET exams which field in medical line is good and having a combination of computers? In 11 n 12 she'll be joining regular college.

She should consider taking PCMB in her +2 because it offers numerous options for higher education after completing the course. Without the need for NEET, she can pursue the following courses:

- Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS)
- Nursing (except for those at Central B.Sc. Nursing institutes REQUIRE A NEET SCORE FOR ADMISSION)
- Pharmacy
- Medical Lab Technology (MLT)
- Physiotherapy

According to NTA 14 Jan. 2025 notification name of candidate in adhar card according to 10th marksheet so what should I do now?

Is your name the same as it appears on your birth certificate? Your name has been registered according to your birth certificate for the 10th class. Therefore, the birth certificate is the primary document registered with the local municipality or corporation. When you change your name on your Aadhaar card, they will require proof, so please attach your birth certificate when making the change.

I'm 35 years old. I'm earning 1.3 lakh per month. I want to invest INR 65000 per month for retirement when I become 50 years old. My current expenses 65000 per month. Please guide me.

Ans: Hello;

Current expenses of 65 K will reach a level of around 1.35 L in 15 years from now when you reach 50 age.

Even if you put entire 65 K in pure equity mutual funds for 15 years it looks tough to generate fixed monthly income good enough to cover your expenses fully at that time.

Hence my suggestion is you get into semi-retirement after 50 and continue some vocation or profession of your choice to also keep you occupied and generate some income for the next 10 years.

However I propose that you start a monthly sip into a combination of pure equity mutual funds for 45 K for
the next 15 years. (10 K each in flexicap, multi cap and large & midcap fund and 5 K in small cap)

This may yield you a corpus of around 2.27 Cr assuming modest return of 12%. This may provide you a post tax monthly income of around 96 K. You need to suppliment this through your alternate vocation.

Also start a monthly investment of 20 K into NPS with the intent to continue it till 60 age. At 60 this may grow into a corpus of around 3.8 Cr considering modest return of 8%.

The combined corpus of 6.07 Cr may yield you a monthly income of around 2.2 L post tax which is in line with your inflation adjusted expenses for 25 years.
