Sir my daughter is getting CSE or CSE in data science or ai ML in in NMIMS Chandigarh and AI and future tech in Chitkara university which one she should choose
Ans: Divya Madam, NMIMS Chandigarh’s B.Tech in CSE, CSE (Data Science) and CSE (AI & ML) programs are AICTE-approved, delivered under SVKM’s NAAC A+-accredited MPSTME, and ABET-accredited for IT and EXTC streams. All three specializations feature a balanced curriculum blending core computing, mathematics, and domain electives, PhD-qualified faculty, modern AI/ML, big-data and cloud labs, and mandatory internships via over 500 industry partners coordinated by the NextGen Analytics & Skills Centre of Excellence. Across its data-science and AI cohorts, NMIMS Chandigarh achieved approximately 80–90% placement consistency over the past three years, with leading recruiters such as Google, Deloitte and ZS Associates.

Chitkara University’s B.E. CSE with Specialisation in AI & Future Technologies is delivered by PhD-qualified faculty under A+ NAAC accreditation with NIRF Engineering rank #94. The program emphasizes hands-on AI and emerging-tech labs, research internships through 300+ MOUs, capstone projects, and a dedicated Career Advancement Services team that secured a 93.8% overall placement rate in 2023, engaging 350+ recruiters, including Infosys, Amazon, and Adobe. Students can also minor in Cybersecurity, Cloud or blockchain, fostering interdisciplinary agility.

For stronger accreditation (ABET), an industry-aligned adaptive curriculum, and slightly higher placement consistency in core AI/Data Science, the recommendation is to choose NMIMS Chandigarh CSE (Data Science) or CSE (AI & ML). If she prioritizes broader future-tech exposure, interdisciplinary minors and a proven 93.8% placement ecosystem, recommendations shift to Chitkara University AI & Future Technologies. All the BEST for Admission & a Prosperous Future!

Sir my daughter has a choice between Data Science Hons with Economics in St Xaviers Calcutta and CSE with AI in Techno India University ,Kolkata. Which one would you recommend.
Ans: St. Xavier’s College Kolkata offers a prestigious Data Science Hons with Economics, grounded in robust theoretical and practical content, excellent faculty, and enduring legacy in interdisciplinary education. The curriculum is designed for analytical thinking, combining economics and statistics with computing, enabling wider career pathways in analytics, financial research, consulting, and data engineering, supported by over 70% placement rates through companies like EY, Deloitte, and KPMG. St. Xavier’s focus on holistic development, internships, and industry-academia collaboration makes it a top choice for diverse roles, while its alumni network holds strong national and global recognition. Techno India University Kolkata’s CSE with AI is a four-year program built on modern computing and artificial intelligence, featuring industry-aligned coursework and practical exposure in programming, ML, and data science; 80–95% placement rates in engineering reflect growing connections to top recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, and Amazon. While Techno India’s infrastructure and mentorship encourage technical advancement, student reviews highlight moderate placement consistency, variable faculty support, and city-based recruitment advantages. Both offer solid campus facilities and peer exposure but differ in reputation, alumni presence, and breadth of career roles.

Recommendation:
For future career flexibility, research opportunities, and global recognition, St. Xavier’s Data Science with Economics stands out against Techno India’s CSE-AI, especially for analytics and interdisciplinary careers; Techno India excels more in strict technical roles locally. All the BEST for a Prosperous Future!

Dear Sir, I did my BTech from a normal engineering college not very famous. The teaching was not great and hence i did not study well. I tried my best to learn coding including all the technologies like html, css, javascript, react js,dba, php because i wanted to be a web developer But nothing seem to enter my head except html and css. I don't understand a language which has more complexities. Is it because of my lack of experience or not devoting enough time. I am not sure. I did many courses online and tried to do diplomas also abroad which i passed somehow. I recently joined android development course because i like apps but the teaching was so fast that i could not memorize anything. There was no time to even take notes down. During the course i did assignments and understood the code because i have to pass but after the course is over i tend to forget everything. I attempted a lot of interviews. Some of them i even got but could not perform well so they let me go. Now due to the AI booming and job markets in a bad shape i am re-thinking whether to keep studying or whether its just time waste. Since 3 years i am doing labour type of jobs which does not yield anything to me for survival and to pay my expenses. I have the quest to learn everything but as soon as i sit in front of the computer i listen to music or read something else. What should i do to stay more focused? What should i do to make myself believe confident. Is there still scope of IT in todays world? Kindly advise.
Ans: Your story does not show failure.
It shows persistence, effort, and desire to improve.

Most people give up.
You didn’t.
That means you will succeed — but with the right method, not the old one.
