My son completes his B.tech computer science engineering course this year. He wrote gate and qualified with average score. 450 marks in gate cse. We want him to study with some Iit wherever he is alloted seat. But he is very particular only to take up the seat if he is alloted in cse branch or related course. So he has applied to all iits. Meantime he has another offer from a mnc in his related field for an internship for 6 months. He is confident that he wants to drop his higher studies and continue with this internship and convert that into permanent job. This company is a leading fortune ranking company from USA with office in india and few other countries too. The company also is a product development company and related to his project work and core interests. What should we approve him to continue. Your opinion please

Ans: Hi
ask him to get hands-on professional experience, as you say company is fortune ranking in the USA, they do have their programs wherein after some time they sponsor the higher education of their employees and then can pursue his MS from some IVY League college of USA.

This the best option for him. Don't loose this golden opportunity.
