Can I specialize further in another country without a home country license?

1. Are you a citizen of India?
2. Is the exam you mentioned the licensure exam? If so:
- Why do you want to take it in Pakistan?
- Why did you not complete the licensure exam in India?
- Are you planning to settle in Pakistan?

If the answer to the first question is yes, then taking the licensure exam in Pakistan raises some concerns. I suggest it would be better for you to complete your FMGE in India and then move to Pakistan.

After MBBS PG, you have ample opportunities and you can do anything as you wish. (1) If you are not financially well, join any multispecialty/corporate/municipal hospital (2) If financially sound, start your clinic (3) If yet interested in further studies, prepare for D.M. and do it in the branch you are interested (4) Join any recognized pharma company as an expert in medicine (5) If you wish to do social services, then start your clinic at your town and serve the poor people by taking nominal consultation charges (6) If you love teaching, then start your PG coaching center which is the need of hour (7) If financially sound, visit to some countries to study the medical education, and then start your own consultation/counseling center under the heading "Medical Education Consultancy for Abroad" ............ and lot more. If there is will there is a way! Last but not least, asking questions like "What after MBBS PG" is not digestible.
